Spending more time with the patient, being proactive in explanation and solutions. My provider was very dismissals and every question was responded with barely yes or no. No explanation about the choices that was made during the procedure nothing

Yes, I must say I really respect them very highly. The provider, the surgeon, and I trust him wholeheartedly. And the nurse that assisted him, she was doing fine. I just wanted to say that they were waiting for my hemoglobin to go down. And it's at this time 7.3 from 8.8. So I think I did a tremendous change. And they said they can help me after that. So we're trying to reach 7.0. I'm looking good. I'm looking good. So thank you all. And I pray that things do take place.

He could have helped me with getting the surgery done. I really needed it for health-wise, but yet he refused because of health. Everything is going good, but he still refused. That's all I've got to say.
