The only problem was that I was notified on Mychart about this appointment but was never told what it was for until I got there and was told it was for a fatty tissue biopsy. When I first got the notice and hit the "details" button it only gave the Doctors name but not what was going to happen, I didn't even see the Doctor until I was leaving and he was out in the hall. What if it turned out that whatever procedure I was receiving required someone to drive me home, I wouldn't have been prepared! All of my future appointments state what it is for, why didn't this one?

Directions to the office. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived. Confusing as to which entrance and parking facility to use.

Not sure-I love Dr Trocha and his nurses. They're so friendly, capable, and help me feel calm when I'm there. They're helpful and I love them.

I'm perfectly satisfied with Prisma and Dr. Trocha.

I was very pleased with all of the interactions I had with my pre-op consult. From the registration personnel, clinical, Dr., scheduler and other admin staff. I will know more as we more forward, but everyone was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Prisma bought tons of those white chairs that are in SO many treatment rooms across multiple facilities. I see them EVERYWHERE. They are all dirty and disgusting and Prisma needs to change every single one of them out. The finish of the material holds dirt and they do not clean well. I hate when I see them.

Have nothing negative to say about the care, concern and overall professional care I received at this visit.

I would have liked to have had written instructions for post-op care more specifically about diet and what to do and not to do physically in the time between I got home from the hospital and my post-op visit, but the nurse was excellent with answering questions and I'm wondering if perhaps the plan was for me to call her for questions rather than me being given information and instructions when I left the hospital. I'm not sure.

I was supposed to have surgery and they canceled my surgery. So I'm not sure if that's his fault or whether it just is the circumstances, but it was very disappointing.

I was treated very good, and I really like the doctor. And I have no complaints at all. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

The ER put in the referral to see an oncologist, but no one said why. The person scheduling the appointment couldn't tell me why. The doctor looked at the CT scan and determined ahead of time it wasn't cancer, but his office never called to let me know or cancel the appointment. If I knew this info ahead of time I could have pursued another doctor to help with my symptoms.

When getting an appointment for a biopsy the word PROCEDURE sounds more encouraging than SURGERY.

Nothing. Dr. Trocha is a fine doctor and is very likable, has great bedside manners, and does a excellent job. He takes the time to answer all my questions, many times before I even ask them. I would highly recommend him for the medical issues I have experienced.

Absolutely nothing to improve. Dr. Trocha is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is so professional, caring and compassionate. He listens and answers all of your questions and goes over and above to make you feel comfortable. His staff are very efficient and return your calls and messages promptly. I really did not see the need of the appointment if all he was going to tell me that the calcified buildup was not cancer and no need to worry about it that it could have been done by phone or through my general doctor. There was no reason to have a face to face visit.

This last appointment was wonderful. My surgery and surgical team and post op were also excellent. My problem was getting into the system when I was originally diagnosed with melanoma. My provider sent over my file with no response for a week. I called multiple times and only got an answering machine promising a call back. Finally my provider had to call the head of oncology personally to get me into the system.

Can't think of anything... Very satisfied with Prisma Health care

We were very pleased with his bedside manors and the urgency he saw that we wanted answers. Dr Trocha has been a mover and shaker this week for me getting a pancreas biopsy in the same week I met him. Forever grateful.
