This is a great office. From entry to exit everyone is extremely helpful. Dr. Lauzon takes his time, listens, and explains difficult medical issues in everyday language. I really appreciate him going the extra mile.

Keep doing what you're doing. Do not deviant from the care and attention that you provide to your patients.

Give directions on your complicated parking. I say that a little tongue in cheek. It was only somewhat difficult. Everyrhing else was a great experience.

I was very well taken care of and all of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

I have no suggestions for improvement. The entire team is very professional, courteous, and extremely caring.

I have no complaints and nothing to add about the office and staff of Dr. LAUZON.

I only have good things to say about the Doctor and his team. Any time you go under a knife it is concerning but I had trust in him and his team.

I had a great experience!

The nurse totally screwed everything up!! She called for my appointment that was on the same day as my wife's surgery and th we nurse canceled my wife's surgery mistakenly. She had absolutely no reason to do anything with her surgery and messed everything up. She should be fired for this!! There is no reason for this!!

I'm a little concerned my provider isn't board certified and most of the other providers are. And I'm not sure why an appt was booked to have surgery when I clearly stated I needed to think about it first.

Pl we are don't change a thing, From the front desk to the back . Customer Service was superb.

There is one thing I can think of and that is to find more people who are just like this doctor. There's never been a doctor I felt so at ease with so quickly than him. Awesome surgeon. Great sense of humor great personality great bed side manor.

I cannot think of anything to improve the care that I received. As always, everyone from the front desk back were,courteous, respectful, and efficient.. I have absolutely no complaints at all.

Dr. Lauzon and his staff were superb. As a first time visitor, I was a bit nervous. However, the entire team treated me as though I was a long time patient. Unfortunately, the necessary medical information was not forwarded for me to receive adequate care. Even so, Dr. Lauzon provided important medical information and guidance on the next steps. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Lauzon is the best! I am so grateful for his expertise and care! Keep up the strong work!

I cannot think of anything that can be improved. The reception area is always neat and clean and the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The medical staff is also right on point. They were also considerate and helpful and of course Dr. Lauzon explained everything I needed to know as tothe procedure that I was there to talk about.

No improvement necessary. Excellent care.
