Steve is very knowledgeable and has a lot of plays in his play book. He seems to always have a good answer and is interested to know the outcome if a referral is needed. Ive gotten to know him on a good level and I appreciate everything he does. I wouldn't have it any other way.

The actual time spent the Dr felt rushed. I'm aware that he is busy, but I feel like I'm holding him up when I have a question. Also I never got the report from the Neurosurgeon I saw at the Drs referral. She's not with Prisma , but she did say she would send her report and recommendations to my Dr.

I arrived at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment, as requested. I was not called in until 10:45. It appeared that most other people in the waiting room were there for 10 - 15 minutes only. Not a big deal but you asked.

I would appreciate seeing the hand washing & sanitizing of the computer keyboard, blood pressure cuff, oxygen probe, etc. before they touched me. At my dentist office, every single thing is sanitized before it's used & hands are washed, all in my presence.
