The doctor was not in the office. The regular nurse Was also not in the office. There was no reason for me to come if the staff was not there. I waited thirty Minutes to get a shot but no answers to an questions I should have been notified of the doctor and nurse Taking the day off so I could have rescheduled Very upset and disappointed with the lack of consideration for my time

I have nothing to say about the care I received except ir was outstanding. I really enjoy this office. Everyone is so nice and almost feel like they are friends. Thank you for being there when I need you.

During my visit I requested to speak to the office manager regarding a new medication and I had questions about the billing. I was told she would give me a call. It's been 3 days and I have not heard from anyone. I will wait till Monday and call the office.

Everything was great.

Once I found the correct office, it was great. But better directions would have helped. Everyone I saw was looking for the correct office and had to go move their car to a closer parking place.

All bases were covered.

This was my first visit and I left satisfied. The doctor listened carefully to concerns I brought up, e.g., about my blood test results in the context of my condition. He answered them patiently and also explained the bone density test results, and gave the plan of action moving forward. He's easygoing, not an alarmist -- which I like, being a patient.

To respect the time of the patient. My app was schedule for 2:40 and the DR. showed up at 3:25, then was in the room for 5 minutes.

I can't think of anything I would change. Dr. Mullis, by far is one of the best doctors that I have, and his nursing staff have been nothing but kind to me. They all had to put up a lot from me, and I really appreciate that because I know that I'm not easy to treat.

Because I have rheumatoid arthritis, more advice on lifestyle changes and diet would have been helpful. Unfortunately, traditional Western medicine does not teach these things or promote them. Fortunately, I am doing my own research and making the changes that have already made an impact on my health. I believe that the current method of treating a disease with drugs or surgery once the disease has taken hold is not doing patients any favors. Prevention advice should be the norm once symptoms start to appear, but that is not the case.

I just feel like when I come to my appointments, I am the one that's doing all of the talking and I just don't feel like I'm getting all of the answers that I need when it comes to my rheumatoid arthritis and other ways that can physically help me. It's always, the simple answer usually is just going to a different medication. I just feel like there's more options than what I'm being told.
