Everything was addressed. Nothing else needed

Electronic records were designed to make life easier for everyone and no matter where you went they would have you info and you didn't have to repeat it with everyone. No, not happening. Now you have to be computer literate to use the technology instead of writing it over and over. Still entering the information over and over only more frustrating for seniors.

Better define directions to the facility

The schedule was not on time. Running about an hour behind. The care was amazing!

Have enough nurses to accommodate needs of all patients. I understand it may be hard to have enough nurses but patients need their needs met too.
