Recruit more doctors to Greenville to reduce wait times, during scheduling appointments and while in medical offices.

I need knee brace or support for both knees, but was nervous and forgot to ask.

Everything was great

I had to wait for an hour, with no-one checking on me or to tell me that Dr. Finley was running very late. Then, they sent me for x-rays that I could have been having while waiting on Dr. Finley for that one hour. My appointment went well once I saw Dr. Finley. Hopefully, I won't have to wait that long my next appointment.

Can't think of anything. Everything was fine.

Dr.Finley is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. There is nothing that needs to be done to improve this practice.

I have considered not to take the pills till I Reserch the effects that they may give you I will continue to do the exercises on the paper they gave me but don't know about the pills

The doctor and staff really listened to my problem, which was separate from the reason I had the appointment and proceeded with aggressive treatment to alleviate the problem. I was very thankful for their concern.

It took over three weeks to schedule an appt with Dr Finley. As with many other medical specialties their staff includes an NP or PA for initial review and diagnosis. Consequently a patient is able to see someone in short order to start treatment, especially if experiencing significant pain.

Having a satellite office in Easley Pickens area other than having to drive way across to the far side of Greenville through all the traffic.

Waiting time was terrible,I was sitting in the waiting room almost 1 hour,and doctor spent with me only 5 minutes

It is unacceptable that 3 out of 4 elevators were not working at 1:45 pm! So after I got on, and too many more people followed, the 4th elevator failed! I used the emergency phone, but the person on the other end could not understand me. The microphone and my voice were about >/= 24" apart. I would've moved closer, but with 16 people on board that was impossible! Please correct this problem with the elevators!

I arrived at 2 as requested for my 2:15 appoinment. I was actually earlier than 2 because I had a very important appt to get to after my visit. I was not seen by the dr until 2:55. I know you all are busy, but that was a very long wait to only have less than 10 mintues with the doctor.

I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. I did have a question about physical therapy that I wanted to ask about.

I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent appointment with Dr. Finley. It was evident that my concerns and questions were not taken seriously, nor were they adequately addressed at any point during the visit. Dr. Finley communicated almost entirely in medical terminology without any effort to ensure I understood what was being said. When I expressed that I was having difficulty following, he continued speaking as though my understanding-or lack thereof-was of no importance. This dismissive approach was both unprofessional and unacceptable. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and to be given clear, comprehensible information regarding my own care. Instead, I left the appointment more confused, frustrated, and disappointed than when I arrived. I urge that this matter be addressed appropriately to ensure that no other patient experiences the same lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism that I encountered.

Everyone was great, the place was so clean and smelled so good! Wait time was short!

Dr. Finley said that my hips and knees were in "terrible condition", which is true. I just wish he could have been kinder about telling me. Since he told me I was not a candidate for surgery because of my weight, what does he want me to do. I am doing all I can to loose weight, but it's hard to do when you're in a wheelchair.

The connection with the home therapy following surgery was somewhat confusing. My therapist indicated difficulty connecting with the office and could not help me with an appointment and could not answer my questions herself. I easily made an appointment using MyChart.

I don't think that there's anything you guys need to do to improve. It was superb. It was a wonderful visit. It was very satisfying and very, very informative. And I know exactly what I need to do and what the next step is. And everybody there was so very nice and treated me with the utmost respect.

Suggestion: Recommend to joint replacement patients that they have a pedicure BEFORE their surgery.

I think the wait time in the doctor's office was a little long. For the appointment time, I had to wait, it seemed like at least 30 minutes or more. And the doctor was very respectful and very nice when I saw him. But I think also there should be some more feedback in the back and forth in the clinic prior to surgery for information about how you really care for yourself and what to expect. You know, there just isn't enough information about the post-op period to know what is right and what is wrong. And I think that needs some improvement as it came.

Dr. Finley is a great physician! I have a lot of respect for him. Totally trust him. Great bedside manner.

Really nothing! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Rhonda scheduled me for surgery with the soonest available time. Then she called me the next day with an earlier cancellation. She remembered everything we had talked about and plugged me right in. Thanks to everyone!

They did an awesome job

All care was appropriate and professional.

The care I receive when I come to Dr Finley office is exceptional in every way. Every question I ask is answered and a care plan is provided for me. I am thankful I have this facility and care team for my orthopedic needs.

The only problem I have is I was in that office for 1 hour and 45 minutes! My time is as valuable to me as theirs is to them! This is the slowest office I have ever visited! If I have an appointment I expect to be seen within a few minutes!

Know my medical history and the effects that might be bearing on my current problem

I was most disappointed with the person in charge of scheduling as I had an 8:30 appointment and was there 20 minutes early but was not called back until 9 am. My time is as valuable as anyone else's. I know it was just a mix up but I am considering a change - I'll just have to pray over it.

I think, Dr. Finley, I'm going to need a second round of the prednisone. If you can call it to CVS. If you can't, let me know. Bye.

The doctor did not listen well on my first visit to consider hip replacement. I requested a second consult and he arranged it right away. He did realize my concerns on the second visit. And we decided to cancel the surgery.

Since the beginning of the process, during and after the surgery, and throughout the in-home physical therapy sessions, I have been truly impressed with the quality of care I received. The service has been exceptional at every stage. My hip issue is now completely resolved, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Finley is not only an excellent physician but also a truly kind and caring person. The entire staff at both the clinic and the hospital were absolutely outstanding-professional, attentive, and compassionate. I'm deeply grateful and extremely satisfied with the results.

Get rid of your final question regarding treatment on race etc. By now you should know better. I've never seen a hint of that at Stedman or any other Prisma office. The question is way out of date, which smacks of DEI at the corporate level. Thank you for considering my comments.

The post surgery eye pain was severe. I would like to suggest finding a better methodology for protecting the eyes even if the issue is infrequent.

As discussed with the Surgeon, post surgery rehabilitation would have made recovering a great deal easier since I have no one to help.
