I am completely happy with my health care provider the communication is quick and the treatment is excellent

Dr. Steph is the BEST Primary Care Giver I have EVER had. She always listens and takes time with her patients. She could teach many others how to be competent.

Dr. McCall was her wonderful self as always, and her nurse assisting her that day was wonderful. They both made it a wonderful experience.

The only thing that I see was in a, not in a professional way, she didn't clean the blood pressure cup. That is the nurse. And she didn't wash her hands, and that is the nurse. So that's my two options that y'all need to improve on, and make sure they do it in front of the patient, not just assume it. So thank you.

Yes, I have been with Lawrence Family Medicine for years. They have always been respectful. They have always explained things to me and very nice to me.

Stephanie McCall is a wonderful nurse practitioner I would trust her with my life.

The lady that stuck me had a hard time getting the needle in. She said my vein was rolling, but she didn't even pump my hand up to get the vein up.

This facility made me feel comfortable, Nurse went over my medications and provided refills, Nurse Practitioner was familiar with my medical history and followed up on test results.

I really don't have anything to complain about. I was handled very well. I was having a horrible time with my blood pressure, but we got it down and she worked with me and I think she's just a super person.

The only thing was the nurse that was on that day. She might of been having a bad day not sure how she is because it was my first visit but she was kinda short and not in a friendly mood

My experience there was phenomenal. My Doctor took really good care of me and she answered all my questions and actually listened. She is one of the best doctors I've ever seen.

I feel truly confident and grateful to have her as my primary physician. She makes me feel like a human being, not just another patient. Most importantly, I feel heard and understood. Dr. McCall has a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern for her patients' health. It is clear she goes above and beyond to provide excellent care, and that leaves me not only reassured, but also motivated to stay engaged with my own health journey. I'm always respected when I go to Lawrence Family Medicine, when I see Stephanie McCall. Everybody is always nice. They're respectful. And they tell me what I need to know. If I have any questions, they answer them too. How are we doing?

The people drawing blood could improve in their attitude. That's the only thing I have against that practice. Stephanie was wonderful, and the staff was good, except people did not have any small needles to do my hand. They said, well, you're going to have to go to the hospital for that. That was my only complaint. And I've had complaints about it before. It's the way they treated me in giving blood. It had been nasty. So other than that, everything was great. Thank you.
