Having Dr. Stephanie Paolini has been awesome. I was a bit concerned after my previous Dr left, as to hoping I'm replace with a great Dr. I am very well please. Dr. P knows the trigger points and the most needed sites to inject without me saying much. Thank you Dr. P for your wonderful work, knowledge,& expertise.

There was confusion about my referral and it put off me being able to get in to see the doctor earlier.

Some of your office staff are not very professional at the check out. The check in staff is very personable. There is a staff that checks patients out that is grumpy and doesn't seem to like her job. She is not friendly. Neurology is a major department and some of the office staff don't represent the department in the most professional manner. Pts are already stressed about being sick and then leave the office with that experience. My doctor is great so I will keep coming back. I can say that it is much more organized in the front desk area than before. The woman who checks people in is professional and efficient.

I was told by the doctor that there was very little else they could do for me. Although when I came home and looked up the doctors in the neurology department, a number of them, their specialty was migraine headaches. This doctor wasn't and has never appeared to me to be interested in my case. I don't feel like I was treated fairly. I asked that other treatments be tried and she said there was none. I think that needs to be looked up.

No suggestions. Dr Paolini totally discusses treatment and medicine change options with me. I feel respected and heard. She's great!

This office is 'run like a well oiled machine'. I truly mean that and can't think of any improvements. I also trust my life with my doctor; she truly cares about me and my health. My health has has truly improved since I've been going to her.

Have more info on the healthcare providers (insurances) your hospital accepts. Thanks

Dr Paolini made me feel cared for and she wanted to help me. When the first therapy didn't work she is trying another and didn't just give up as some would have.

My doctor listened to what I had been experiencing since my last visit and suggested that, since I had experienced several severe headaches, I should come back at three month intervals instead of six months. Also, if I had problems sooner, to call and ask to be worked in.

Nurse taking BP could be more personable

The office staff leaves so much to be desired. I think the office is grossly short staffed. To have a Nurology Department that doesn't answer the phone or return calls is kind of unbelievable. I use to have to get in my car and drive there to communicate. Maybe they are stressed and present themselves as such because they are understaffed. Please support them, hire more staff. When I was there, there was only one open window and a lot of patients. I love my doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel safe, in good hands with her as I go through my illness. I have met with her twice and feel so good about the care I have received. I hope the department would be more supportive of their administrative staff. Again, how does such an important department in a trauma hospital not answer the phone or return calls? It's a sore on the hospital.
