I love this practice. Everyone is kind and professional.

Upon entering the office, the two front desk staff members on duty did not greet or acknowledge me in any way. As I waited to be checked in, they continued engaging in side conversations and ignored me entirely, despite the fact that I was standing at the desk for check-in purposes. I was required to update my insurance information and remained standing there waiting, yet I was treated as though I were an inconvenience rather than a patient. When I handed my insurance card directly to one of the staff members, she placed it back on the counter toward me instead of returning it in the same manner it was given. This was disrespectful and unnecessary. Basic courtesy and professionalism dictate that items handed directly to someone should be returned the same way. Additionally, I observed that other women of color who entered the office after me were also not greeted or acknowledged. This pattern of behavior was deeply concerning and left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I will continue my care at the Verde location instead. I believe it is important that management is aware of this incident so it can be addressed appropriately.

Dr. Walvoord is the absolute best!

Dr. Wolvoord and the team at the office were absolutely amazing from the beginning at the front desk to the end at checkout desk. You couldn't ask for a more caring staff!! So glad I could become one of her patients!!??

It was my first visit and I felt like it went great. The staff the was very nice and the doctor was extremely caring and helpful.

Easier to get appointment. Appointments should be available at least 6 months or a year out. Instead of only 3 months out.

Dr. Walvoord and the staff at the office always make sure that I am heard and respects my choice. One way to offer more support is front desk reception notifying their patients when they cancel preexisting appointments.

I've been a patient with this group for over 30 years. My experience was great as always. Dr. Walvoord is wonderful. My appointment was a few weeks after a breast cancer diagnosis and she helped me feel reassured about the team of doctors and treatment plans over the next several months.

Honestly, it was one of the best appointments I've had in a long time. I was there no longer than 20 minutes and every person I was in contact with was extremely nice and professional.

"Stella" was superb! She was wonderful. She is a great listener and the biggest encourager. I loved that she cared less about my weight, focused on my good blood pressure, and educating my husband and I regarding labor and delivery. The best!

Wait times are very very long. Often times I am not seen for 30-50 minutes after my scheduled appt time.

The whole experience with Dr. Walvoord and her staff was wonderful. I did a follow up telehealth visit a few weeks later, and her staff even called me to tell me she was running a few minutes behind, which I thought was exceedingly professional and thoughtful!

Actually listened to my concerns and tried to help. I was admitted into the hospital the same day of this appointment due to medical neglect from several of your staff.

I tried to make a $50 payment at check-in and the girl that was there seemed as if she didn't know what I was talking about. And I said I know I have a payment needed a $50 and a $20 balance she let me pay the $20 but she said that I didn't need to pay the $50 and couldn't take it. Not sure what that was about because now I have to go online and figure out how to pay it. Everything else is great. Stella is absolutely phenomenal.
