There is absolutely nothing that I can say that would correct anything because they are perfect the way they are. Dr. Graham is one hell of a doctor and he listens and listens closely to what you say. I would recommend him to anybody, anytime, anywhere. He is the best at what he does and he listens to his patients. So if there was one thing I could correct, it would be to have more doctors like him.

Visit was exceptional. The lady starting my stress test with the dye was beyond kind as well as the lady doing the test on the tread mill. The gentleman that performed my echo test was great. Dr Graham is beyond words to explain his kindness, empathy and knowledge of how to treat my high blood pressure. He took time with me, explained my test results and what they mean. I am so grateful for all that he has done and is continuing to do. I would recommend Dr Graham and the nurses that treated me to everyone. Again, just exceptional.

The visit was fine, but I had problems two to three weeks prior to the appointment getting a refill on a medication that I have to have. I called, I left three MyChart messages, and then I called and pressed the nurses line urgent to get my prescription refilled. The prescription had been sent in like I was taking a half a tablet and Dr. Graham had said I could take three-fourths of a tablet or 37.5 milligrams of my medicine. So I was running out early before my visit and it took two weeks to get the appointment, to get the prescription called in.

Dr. Graham and his staff did an outstanding job as always. We have been seeing Dr. Graham for several years. Dr. Graham does an outstanding job of making sure that I am taken care of, that I have what I need, all questions are answered, help is provided, support is provided, his staff is wonderful. We cannot say anything except wonderful things because Dr. Graham and his staff and we just appreciate everything that's done for us. And so, yes, we are very pleased with Dr. Graham and his staff and what takes place when we go into the building or go in to see the doctor or the nurse and we thank him so much for all of the things that are done to help us and we appreciate everything.

This is the 2nd time in as many years that my appointment has been canceled and reschedule

There is always a wait

Dr. Graham exceeded my wildest expectations in terms of his familiarity with my stress test and Holter monitor results and in the advance work he had done to have a suggested treatment plan ready to discuss with me - which resulted in my being scheduled for a pacemaker implant less than 2 days after our appointment - with Thanksgiving being one of the days. He and the staff in his office were all kind, helpful, and informative.

I waited two hours to see my doctor which I thought was totally unnecessary.

Dr. Graham is a great doctor. I have trust in him and I know he'll make the right decision for my health and well-being.

Nothing that I can think of. My visit was extremely pleasant. The one thing that I have an issue with, is the low seats. They're not for elderly people. Difficult getting out of.

My appointment with Dr Graham was scheduled for 3:15 pm and Dr Graham did not meet with me until after 4 pm. I had a device apointment at 2:30 pm and was finished there shortly after 2:30 pm.

To ensure that I am timely notified of follow up appointments . somehow three years laps between my visits, and it was only after my internist told me that it had been three years since my last visit that I called for an appointment. I was depending upon your office to notify me annually but this had not been done for three years.

The care was superb and no changes needed.

When the doctor's office had to change an appointment for my yearly appt and had no opening for three months, I really hoped I could get one sooner. A PA would have been acceptable in most circumstances, but for a yearly appt. I want to see my doctor.

I thought this visit was one of the better ones. It was punctual as far as getting the echo and then functional visiting the doctor, which is nice that you don't have to wait for time to speak to the doctor or have him check you. I thought that was good.

I can't think of any way to change what they're doing during my visit

Dr. Graham was an a hour late to the appointment. He said he had confused a jury duty summons that was for next week with this week. He might need extra with being reminded of his appointment. Also, no one came in to let us know that he was running late.

The exam room is small and it was not very cool. Next visit I will recommend leaving the exam room door open for more air and not as claustrophobic.

The aide who took me back to the office had no personality whatsoever and didn't respond appropriately to any of my comments.

Improve the billing system. Prior to my visit I received an estimate of the patient responsibility amount. It was incorrect as it vastly overstated my share of the cost. It applied a very general algorithm which was not remotely consistent with the stated benefits of my plan. If I had not spoken up the estimate would have forced me to wait months for a refund. I brought this to staff's attention and stated that I would pay my share after receiving my EOB. I am absolutely certain that my cost for my ultrasound was $40 as opposed to Prisma's estimate of $508. My concern is patients cancelling procedures because the Prisma system does not accurately depict out of pocket charges. This also occurred in 2022 when I received a nuclear stress test. The Prisma estimate was $1,800. Again, I insisted I would wait for the EOB and just as I had learned after reviewing my plan's benefits, my out of pocket share was less than $400. Prisma should upgrade its system capability rather than overstating patient estimates.

This practice uses great care in knowing my past medical history. I find this very refreshing and encouraging my trust in their care.

I looked at my visit summary when I got home and it said my weight was 175....when she took my weight it was 157, not 175. Also, it looked like my ECG said "Abnormal", Dr Graham said it was really good. Didn't know if this was a missed input or not. I was just somewhat confused by the summary. But I always go by what Dr Graham tell me, I totally trust his diagnosis.

I was very pleased with the doctor and I thank him, but I did not feel very comfortable with the girl that came in and put things in the computer. She did not put things in the computer. I gave her the list of the medicines I was taking and she did not get those put in properly. And I had written them down for her. And now the record did not get correctly, because I got the printout when I checked out. And it's still got medicines on that printout that I received when I left that are not things that I am taking now. So that was a real problem, I think. But the doctor, Fully appreciate.
