No suggestions - we felt supported and respected. My son trusts Dr. Cobb and she has a rapport with him because he comfortably opens up and talks with her.

I don't have any concerns or see a need for Dr. Cobb and staff to improve. I'm always happy to come, she listens, off advice and/or suggestions. Explains all details if his care to include meds, diet, exercise, coping with anxiety, etc. I love this clinic.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable to our child's health and needs. There was no improvement needed. We love Dr. Cobb. Nurse & office staff were professional and courteous. Construction workers were repairing inside the office, which was the only issue since loud noises to our child's sensory stimuli.

Nothing-Dr. Cobb is very knowledgeable and personable. She answered our questions, offered useful resources, and informed us/made us feel supported if we had more questions.

We always love our experiences with Dr Cobb and Prisma Health. We feel comfortable with Dr Cobb. She always answers all of our questions and keeps us well informed. She is fantastic to contact between visits. Parking is always easy and safe. I wish you guys had bought University Hospital in Augusta, Ga.

The front desk receptionist may have been having a tough day, but she was not very friendly. Possibly greeting us, engaging in a short conversation/asking a not medical/fun question even to the child- but at the very least greeting us warmly would have been nice. She may have been having an off day though, so we did not think anything of it.

I wouldn't change a thing. They helped with my child and helped me anyway they could to help with my child. They are great and very professional I would recommend them to everyone who has a special needs child.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Seeing Dr. Cobb is always a joy. I don't know how to make it stop. Huh? Dr. Cobb's office. Dr. Cobb's office. They want to know if everything was good at Dr. Cobb's. I don't know what to do now. What do I do? What? What? What?

I can't think of anything... it was a great experience. The provider and staff were super helpful, very informative and we did not feel like they were trying rush us. They really took the time to listen to us.
