You all at the Cancer institute are amazing keep doing what you all are doing. As a breast cancer survivor of two years you all are amazing.

Nothing everyone is so respectful and so friendly and I love being around them and my doctor is so kind and caring I can ask him anything and he tells me what I need to do or know

Dr Matthews was willing to talk to me on her cell phone when we were not able to connect in the office. I had asked for a follow up appointment to further discuss and she indicated she would determine if that was needed. I ended up having many a conversation via my chart message and phone calls back and forth. I think we could have simplified things if I could have had the in person visit follow up I requested even with NP. I found to confusing and frustrating to navigate the start of treatment without that second visit.

Everything was done professionally and with the utmost respect. The nurse and Dr. did not wash their hands because there was no physical examination, it was primarily a consultation.

Nearly 20 minute wait in exam room. Dr used computer screen turned towards me to review my test results. While turning, lost access and took some time to log on again. Very technical data, I didn't feel comfortable asking for simplification. Dr made more eye contact with friend that accompanied me than with me. I'm sure Dr is well qualified, but didn't connect well with me.
