Always a pleasant and re assuring experience to see Dr Wondracek. She is thorough , listens to my concerns and knows my medical history . I like that she is proactive with my care ... I'm very pleased with my care

As I have had some issues this past year that were not clear cut, I spent a lot of time going from specialist to specialist, and while I have been helped with referrals by the office, I think of the primary care doctor as the quarterback, and would like to see a more the doctor acting in a this capacity. That being said, I know this is a tall order; maybe with the adoption of AI as an assistant to the doctor, the doctor will have more time in this capacity. None-the-less, I love my doctor.

Dr. Wondracek and her staff are extremely supportive and trustworthy.

I did not have a doctor visit. I was left waiting from 1:57 until 3pm in the waiting area with no follow up from staff. I made a new appointment and left. I thought that was very rude while I was the only one in the waiting room for a while. I never went back to a room. The receptionist didn't pay me any attention and were talking quite loud the whole time.

I think you could offer additional 10 mins for question to be asked because I know the powers at be has put a time limit on each doctor in the practice.to be with patient.

This is the best Primary provider I've ever had!!!

Nursing staff very casual, singing and dancing and at one point making fun of patients in hallway - talking about details and laughing very loudly. Extremely unprofessional . My nurse danced and sang throughout the intake- quite strange and not confidence inspiring.

I would like my doctor to have the same nurse or medical assistant. I would like that person to introduce herself including whether she is a registered nurse or medical assistant. I would like to develop trust with that person.

There is nothing you could have done differently. I always have an exceptional experience from the moment I walk through the door until I leave and then with follow up. You have shining stars all around at Cypress Internal Medicine. I do miss the old space because it had windows, but guess that can't change.

You sent me to the E.R., great call. You were hung up on sending me to E.R.'s that were all kinds of inconvenient, so we ended up going to the one RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from you (St. Francis Eastside), who ended up sending me to St. Francis downtown which was the most convenient, and is also where I work, so my managers got to see that I wasn't just playing hooky. :-D But the fact that you sent me to an E.R. was the absolute great call, so thanks!

I can't think of one I have no complaints Everyone was friendly and professional treated me with respect, and I love the new office, most of all I love Dr Wondracek she cares about my health, how I am feeling On my visits she is there for me

I was completely satisfied with how I was treated from the front desk to the examination room. Staff is very friendly, respectful and courteous. Dr Wondracek as always goes above and beyond in caring for me as her patient. In my opinion she is a very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring physician and a definite asset for Prisma Healthcare.

There is nothing to add. Dr. Wondracek is the best physician I have ever experienced. She listens to me and really cares. I feel like I have a partner invested in my long term healthcare.

Cypress Internal Medicine is in a new facility. I was surprised that there was no sink in the examining room. Using hand sanitizer in not as effective as hand washing.

Yes, I just feel like if you all could have waited on the patient more quicker once they got checked in, that they didn't have to wait out in the lobby for over 45 minutes, that would have been much better for the patients. But other than that, everything's great. Thank you.

Yall did a great job! I love Dr. Wondracek so much. She takes her time and she always makes me feel very cared for.

Please advise the nurse that does blood pressure that people can have white coat syndrome. Dr. Wondracek is wonderful.
