Dr Keiser was excellent. As a public health professor I tend to have a lot of questions and want to understand the why behind my diagnosis and care. She was informative, effective and compassionate. They had to give me really hard news at the end of the day. I didn't feel rushed or felt that they seemed bothered we were there later than expected. She followed up with my primary obgyn directly and they had a plan for me next day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The ultrasound tech could have explained what she was doing. We asked a couple questions and it seemed like she was almost annoyed with us, but we had never had an ultrasound before and didn't know what was happening. Overall it was fine, it just would have been nice to learn about what was happening and why in the moment.
