Honestly I always have such a great experience with Dr Cui's office that I can't think of anything to improve upon

I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time to see the doctor. Not happy about that.

The only problem I have had w/the Saluda Pt ofc is the lack of communication re questions f/the dr., etc w/ofc staff inasmuch there are times when there has been no return call within a 24 hr period & then another call is made they seem to be disturbed that I persisted in making another call re the same matter.

No suggestions, great visit!

This was my first visit with Dr. Cui. I could not be more pleased with the mannerism she has. My wife was also thoroughly impressed with Dr. Cui. She inspires total confidence in her patients. Most patients shy away from saying something like this, but, I am looking forward to her performing surgery on me!

Appointments are not timely. A month to wait for further treatment testing and follow up appointments is a disservice to the patients.

Staff were polite, friendly and respectful ! As for Dr. Cui- she is Fantastic, Knowledgeable, considerate, caring, intelligent and super! Can't begin to thank her enough for taking care of me and making my spine good again and No pain! God Bless her and her talent!! ?

I could not have asked for more, from the nurse or the doctor. Both went well above my expectations.

Offer information about services that would be helpful at home after surgery during recovery time.

I was on time for my app., but the provider was over a hour late in getting to me . I had my family on the phone to aid me in grasping the information . They all agreed the provider was in a rush , when question were asked we we were referred to my chart ,which I told her I'd had trouble getting in . I was told the staff would help me before the end of my visit. It never happened. Do today a staff member from my chart helped me with the necessary log ins .

I could not have been treated any better than I was in my visit with Dr. CUI and her staff.

Provide me an opportunity to ask questions between visits. Provide me an opportunity to research details of discussion topics. Lots of medical jargon was used and I did not understand. It would have been helpful if the provider addressed the pain to mitigate due to scheduling numerous visits. I have yet ti be contacted for subsequent appointment for shots for nerve pain.
