Dr. Iriza and her staff are outstanding and I am very thankful to have her as my doctor and her nurse is excellent as well! Dr. Iriza is very thorough and will stop at nothing to make sure that there is nothing more she can do to better help me with my health situations.

My wait at the lab was 25 minutes, several people came in and left, saying they would come back another day. If I did not live 45 minutes away and had taken the day off for this appointment I may have done the same thing.

There is not one more thing that Dr Iriza and her support staff could do to be any better for us. She is the only doctor of the many we see who analyzes the entirety of the treatment we receive. Would not trade her for any other physician.

My wife has been sick for three years and Shannon Iriza is the best doctor we have ever seen in her entire battle with this autoimmune disease that she's fighting. Shannon Iriza is a godsend for us and she is an outstanding asset for you and she does not get treated that way by y'all and it makes me perfectly mad. She asks for a day off, one more day off a month and you will not give it to her. She needs a life outside of health care. You won't provide it for her.

I really appreciated Dr Iriza listening to me when you are experiencing a lot of pain sometimes doctors take it as we're complaining. I am having a very hard time with my diagnosis and knowing if what I'm going through is what life is going to be like or that it is temporary and going to get better and I felt much better after my appointment because she took time to talk with me instead of at me.

I am a Prisma Health Employee and was disappointed that the registration team member was scrolling on her phone and did not notice when I walked up. Other than that, everything was perfect.
