Dr. Asbury earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga, where he developed extensive expertise in the management of complex bone, joint and soft tissue conditions. Dr. Asbury is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (FAAOS) and a Fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional integrity. His clinical practice focuses on arthroplasty (joint replacement) and sports-related injuries, with a strong interest in fracture care and trauma management. He combines advanced surgical techniques with evidence-based care to deliver optimal outcomes tailored to each patient’s needs. Known for his compassionate and thoughtful approach, Dr. Asbury emphasizes patient education and shared decision-making.
