This was my first visit. So, far so good.

Dr. Shak was just who I needed to see. She heard me and laid out a plan to help improve my health. I feel that she will use all the tools she has to help make this path better.

The phlebotomist was kinda rude. Said she been doing it for years when I told her I was nervous. Other than her I had a great experience.

I don't think that's possible. I've been using military doctors for the past 15 years, and decided it was time for change. I can't begin to explain what my experience was like yesterday. It was the most positive doctor's appointment I've ever had in my life. I felt like I've known the doctor forever.

The Nurse Practitioner was outstanding!! She's one of a kind. She's perfect..

Encourage the receptionists to speak before asking your name. "Good morning/Good afternoon, how may I help you", Is more professional and cordial than...."Whats your last name"? Thank You!

Everything was said, done, and provided for optimum care. I would not consider going to any other healthcare provider for primary healthcare. PRN Shakilya Khalif is outstanding as primary healthcare physician... I trust her expertise, knowledge, ability, care, and respect for humanity and quality of life.

Front office staff could be more courteous. Nurse/Assistant was pleasant but "instructed" me to wear a mask with out explanation. She kept harping on my "blood pressure" reading & smoking. Shak does not do this AT ALL. Shak is not judgemental & her assistant should not be either. The phlebotomist was super nice & very good at her job. Highly recommend Shak to others. Prisma needs to keep her on staff. She is so sweet, professional & very knowledgeable

Whoever did my labs was kind & got me taken care of quickly, but she took a personal phone call while doing so. I thought that was odd & inappropriate in this setting even if no personal information was shared while she was on the phone call.
