All was better than expected

Everything was great!!

Nothing needed. Excellent care by Dr.MILLON and his whole team! Also I just loved the exam results format, with all layers of explanation and visual aids. I am recommending it to my coworkers. Nice job overall, everyone!!!

I don't think anything could have been better. The doctor was nice, and concerned. Experienced, did not want to do any harm and was very thorough.

Faster appointment

They were totally wonderful. From start to finish I was cared for completely. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The Dr was easy to talk to and made me feel seen and heard. I left feeling awesome about my treatment.

The doctor he should listen more and I ask him for x-ray. He say he did last time but he didn't and when I asked for one he say come after two months it was mostly I don't like last visit.

Gotten me in earlier so I could have gotten the care I needed before I started back to work and my deductible starts over. I was really disappointed in the fact that I drove all the way there for nothing, I was told I would be getting vitals done for surgery and this didn't take place. All I got was a four minute talk and that probably costed 150.00. Nevertheless, there are many hand surgeons out there that will work with my schedule and this is not one of them.

Continue to offer the care and professionalism that is already in place.

The staff was very helpful and greeted with a smile. I have no complaints about this location whatsoever so ever.

The hand center is the perfect place to go and we're like going to church. Everybody was perfect. Can ask go to a better place perfect work.

I have trust in the dr. He didn't need to do anything different.

The doctor was interrupted during my examination by an emergency call and then he never really did come back in. He just sent the nurse in to schedule my surgery. So I didn't really fully get to ask a lot of questions about my hand, which I'm supposed to have surgery on it, or on my other hand, which I also have pain. I wish that the doctor would have come back in or at least followed up so that way I could have had more questions answered.

Dr Millon was great and answered my questions and gave me material to help me understand my situation. He listened and looked at past X-rays and knew exactly what was happening.

There was nothing else Dr. Millon could've done better. I felt listened to and actually understood during this appointment where I was searching for a second opinion and was discouraged.

Everything was great. Love this office everyone is so nice and helpful. I love Dr. Millon and his staff. They are wonderful. We wish all Doctors and staff were like him and his staff.

After being 2 hrs and 15.mims behind, rather than reschedule they chose to rush everybody in and out (while waiting in the exam room for 45+ mins, I could hear people going in and out of the exam room).

Even thing was great. Could not ask for better service.

One way they could have done better was my provider, hand surgeon, could have taken the time to come in the room, sit down, and ask me how I had been doing since my surgery, what had been going on, instead of walking in, holding my hand, looking at it, saying, yeah, I can give you physical therapy for that. Physical therapy will help. There's no nerve issues. And then walks out of the room. This provider spent less than five minutes with me in the room. Less than five minutes with me in the room. I spent more time in the waiting room and waiting in the patient room for him to come than he did with me at all talking, which is very upsetting considering that I had to go out of pocket for this appointment since I don't have health insurance right now. So ?

The only negative that I experienced was seeing Dr. Millon half an hour after my appointment time. That is kinda rough to take. Everything else was great!

The doctor I had was terrible. He didn't listen to me I didn't really feel like he cared about my well being. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go see.

Dr Millon was fantastic during my visit. His nurse Jocelyn was very very good. She was very nice and helpful with questions. Every thing was great with my visit while I was there. Don't change anything or anybody. Great office.

I'm not sure how to tie Prisma into MyChart so that it's all part of the same record.

This was my 1st time at this facility & everyone couldn't have been nicer. They were professional, polite and cheerful. The ladies at the front desk & the nurse were exceptional. I appreciated Dr. Millon's approach to trying to fix the problem first w/o surgery. If it doesn't work, then the surgery is necessary. I like that type of approach to my healthcare. Well done! Wouldn't change a thing!

The staff was great and I wouldn't change anything.

Actually acknowledging my request for a request to go to my physical therapist to where I could recurve physical therapy on my wrist since the only thing the doctor told me to do was strengthen it. With how easy I dislocate I tried to get him to understand the importance to me of safely learning ways to strengthen my wrist. However he just said that I've got it on my own which was very frustrating.

Making appointments are to long of a wait time. I had to wait 6 weeks before they could get me in. The doctor probably spent 10 minutes with me which is a good thing. I really liked this place just need to work on sooner appointments.

My needs were met.

Agreed to give me a personal pain pump after surgery, but he does not think I will need it. So I "mostly" trust that is is correct.

It would be helpful to have clearer communication between dr and nurse/technician transitions as one walked out of the room and then I just sat with the door open while I waited to find out if the dr was going to come back or someone else was going to find me and take me to another room for a possible scan and shot.

There is no way that they could change because they have all I trust them or I wouldn't went back.

I do not think I could have asked for anyone to have treated me any kinder.

I am pleased with the support I received. My only suggestion is to continue giving the same quality care you are already giving.

All in all a very good experience. I am pleased to be treated by this physician.

Cannot think of anything that they could do to offer better support or improve the trust and respect that I have for them each and everyone in that office is very respectful and very knowledgeable of what they do and Dr. Milion is the perfect doctor and he gets right to the point and he tells you exactly what he's gonna do when we get ready to do the surgery.
