There was no issues with the support and for me the staff offered support and complete respect and trust.

This was a new patient visit and I was a little on the nervous side of things and when Dr. Porter entered into the exam his spirit was exceptional and it made the visit and choices made for me easier. Yes, there was a couple of things I punched three on. I should have pushed four, but I did not. That's my fault. So I vote four all the way across the board. Everybody was excellent. Thank you.

I was speaking with my doctor trying to find options with my care and be guided. He just kept telling me he doesn't care. It's up to what I want to do. He stated clearly, I don't care. It's up to y'all. Do whatever you need me to do. That wasn't very good commentary you want to hear from your doctor that's planning on cutting on your arm. So, you know, he could have used better wording than I don't care, turned me off from him and I'm going to continue with the service and the MRI with him. He didn't seem to care. And I didn't appreciate that. Thank you.

As far as support and respect goes Dr. Porter is definitely an outstanding surgeon and explained everything in layman's terms and was very respectful to me and my needs! I would recommend him to anyone who required the type of issues I have.

The doctor could have did better at listening instead of just pointing out facts that I go to the doctor a lot because I'm sick maybe not have cancer but I'm still sick because of the cancer I had previous he was self-centered and pushing for another doctor to do something about my problem I loved him in the past He's got too big for his britches

Everything was perfect. Initially impressed with the extra wide parking spaces and the calm, serene atmosphere of the office. Dr. Porter surpassed my expectations. I had already read reviews online, but I am forever pessimistic. However, my fears were put to rest the minute he walked through the door. He is highly intelligent and has a great calming presence. I am highly confident in his ability. I will be having surgery soon, so I will in good hands I do believe!!

To me, there is absolute nothing the staff could improved on in support, respect or trust! They were all wonderful, in each department.

Had to arrive 9:45 for 10 am appointment. (I checked in at about 9:35 am). Dr. Porter came 30 minutes late - 10:30 am. Where is the problem? Scheduling??

A different doctor's treatment of me led me to leave Prisma
