Scheduling appmt on MyChart online wasn't as smooth as it should have been, and text reminders still had it wrong, but once at the appmt, all was terrific!

The nurse was a angel. She knew I was sick and she offered encouragement. I need to know what is wrong with me. I'm not certain that Sarah understands how important it is. I need help it's been months and I don't seem to have directions on what to do. I await my appointment with my neurologist. Weeks from now.

I went to the fourth floor (old suite) on arrival, I wish my confirmation message had an address/suite number.
