This was my first visit. I was comfortible but it takes time to create a real good relationship.

All staff were very professional and helpful. Shared valuable information about the disorder and offered a realistic plan moving forward. Excellent visit!

They were very good.

After the nurse took my vitals I was left in the room for at least 1/2 hour and didn't get a courtesy sorry when the doctor came in the room. Also she did introduce a young women as a student but never asked me if that was alright with me. I can remember when doctors did that.

I was to have an EGD and Colonoscopy scheduled but no scheduler was there and I was told I would be called but not sure if I would have to call them back or wait after a few days. Everything was good though.

My last five times I've yet to see Doctor

I did have to wait for about 50 mins past my appointment time so maybe make sure providers don't have so many patients back to back so that patients have to wait for that long. Maybe create a system that shows patients their approximate wait time.

Though I marked yes mostly to care and history, this session was an information gathering and clarification session. Care is scheduled and history was limited due to being under someone else's care before.

Sarah was tremendous,listened carefully to my report of symptoms and offered a very thorough treatment plan. She never acted like she was rushed with respect to time and answered all of my questions which was quite comforting. She is very much an asset to your professional medical staff.

I thought I was treated the best way possible and the doctor was fantastic. The nurses were fantastic and I had no questions after. So they gave me all of, they talked me through each step and everything. I praise them. They did a wonderful job.
