Upon referral a quicker contact and appointment. I had to wait 2 months to get an appointment.

My experience with everyone on my 1st visit were very helpful & hopeful.

I loved the service; they even provided an interpreter since I don't speak English. Everything was clear, the service was spectacular, and I left delighted with the service. Everything was clean and organized every day. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Wait time , my appointment was 10:40 I was not seem until 11:50. I know there's going to be a wait, but this was even long for me , I just find that a bit unacceptable.

Waiting almost an hour after our designated appointment time. Had to remind staff about additional blood tests required. Nurse seemed confused about my medical history and current situation.

The person that checked me out was not so great. She wanted to rush me in picking a MD to do an injection in my knee. I didn't not know them. I wanted to choose the person

I can't think of anything. Your staff is awesome.

Energy speaks volumes when it comes to another person's comfort. People can read your energy versus the things you say and how you act. Your physical conversation can definitely be heard. Eye contact, the lack of eye contact, not wanting to really touch a person or come near a person. Yeah, those things speak volumes. And that is some of what I experienced.

It would help during the staffing break a live operator was available to answer the phone lines.

In my particular case, it would have been much more comfortable for me to have an adjustable exam table.

It did take two calls and an email to get a call back for an appointment.
