I could have been told before this visit that the doctor was leaving the practice and referred to Prisma Neurology Taylor Street. For more than 15 years my Botox shots placement has been done in certain areas but suddenly I lost my doctor and now it's not being done correctly. I saw this doctor prior to this procedure and discussed that concert yet still it wasn't done like my prior doctors notes. Not only that it wasn't placed the same for my TMJ nor in my eyebrow area. I have had it done the same for 15 years and none of that is cosmetics. I am suffering because they aren't listening to my concerns. This doctor in particular. He hasn't even been concerned about my medicine. I pray I will be ok. I currently don't have a doctor's office. I had a wonderful doctor who cared. They are very rare. This doctor did not care at all!

My appointment with the doctor was excellent. He did an excellent job explaining everything to me and telling me how my treatment was going to be. He was like 100% on the mark. I really enjoyed him talking to me. He was concerned about me and he always said if there's any other questions, please ask them before you leave. But he answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with him. Thank you.

- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/27/2026
The person who check me was having a personal conversation that should have been on the phone. Also , they told me that I could not schedule my appointment three months in advance because they're needing a new doctor. And I told her how is that going to work when I need my prescriptions.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. My appointment was at 2:00 and I didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes later.

The visit was as expected. Insurance dictates everything. It's a process Im all too familiar with.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/13/2026
More timeliness

Stop moving providers around to different facilities. Patients should be able to access their providers in their preferred location, especially since proximity was most likely a factor in choosing a particular provider. My appointment was rescheduled twice due to system conflicts, and in the rescheduling, the reason for the appointment (treatment rather than routine follow up) was lost. I was three months behind in receiving my prophylactic migraine injections.

The visit, being a first time patient with this doctor, was very thorough and everything was explained in a developed plan. Everyone was professional and courteous. I honestly would not change anything. I look forward to working with Dr. Challagundla.

While I was very pleased with Dr. Challagundla, I would have appreciated more of an explanation as to why my request to slightly increase the dosage of Gabapentin was denied. The current dosage is extremely low and is no longer providing relief.

They could've read my medical condition when my primary care doctor referred me and understood that I wanted a specific thing and they could have made any sort of effort whatsoever to find out about it or they could've not taken me as a patient because they didn't do it
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/17/2025
I love the new facility. I went to the wrong location, but they still saw me. With that said, the visit seemed rushed. I still don't have a resolution, strategy, or solution for PCS.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/10/2025
Make sure the doctor has time to actually spend time with the patient's file so they know their history before seeing them. And having time to spend before having to rush off.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/10/2025
I do not have any suggestions because the care was courteous, concerned for my health, and very professional.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/10/2025
Have the provider actually review my medical history and understand what treatment steps had been taken prior to seeing him. Also, the notes/summary from providers in the Prisma portal consistently contain wrong information relative to what we discussed in the appointment. This can lead to confusion for other providers reading their notes.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/9/2025
Actually it was the best experience I have had at a medical practice. All of the staff I encountered were kind and considerate.

Show more interest in my issues Wasn't very interested or helpful in me trying explain my concerns After listening for a few minutes stated so why or you here, that hadn't seen a neurologist since moving here 18 months ago. He said oh you are here to establish care. Yes I was but with a history of TIAs I wanted to know if new symptoms were related to recent TIAs incidents. Told me he was going to do labs but I was discharged with no instructions about appt, location, or information about scheduling an appt for labs. But as he was leaving the room, I was told someone else would be my new doctor and that he was leaving. ??????????
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/8/2025
It was an excellent experience the neurologist the doctor see was wonderful staff was great I couldn't think of anything you make it any better it was excellent
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/5/2025
The care provided once I actually get to my doctor is always reliable and helpful. The problem is how impossible it is to reach my doctor between scheduled appointments and the absolute lack of response from the support staff. It's extremely frustrating.

The needle size recommended for Botox injection for the forehead and glabella is 30-34 so that the Botox doesn't ooze out.

I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes before being taken back to an exam room. Once in the exam room I waited 28 minutes. The office was not busy. Best guess is the doctor was talking to a drug rep while I was waiting in the exam room. The walls are thin and I could hear but not understand a distant conversation going on. He had not reviewed my chart before coming into the exam room. He spent 30 seconds pulling up my chart and reviewing my information. I could tell he was in a hurry. I started providing an update. He was typing the whole time and was not really listening. He suggested an alternative procedure that previously did not work and I gave a reluctant OK. With that he shook my hand and was heading out the door. He also ordered some labs, but the checkout person failed to print them, even after I specifically asked if there were any printed orders. She was wearing a mask and speaking softly and it was hard to understand her. I left without the lab orders. This is not the way to run a medical office.

I am so confused by whst is happening to me I need more reassurance what can be done to help.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/10/2025
My appointment was set every three months. And when it was time for my appointment to come around, I got a message saying that the doctor was out of the office and I had to schedule it like two weeks later. I asked the doctor about that and he said that he told the staff and plenty of time for them to call and cancel and reschedule, but they didn't. And then I left three messages to try to get it rescheduled, not on the same day. I gave them 24 hours and they never did call me back. And I had to stop by the office in order to make my appointment. So I think the support staff or the doctor needs a lot more training and they need to understand that they're the front line and everything depends on

It was hard to hear the receptionist, wearing a mask, behind the partition. Other than that, it went great. It was a follow up visit. I was in and out in no time.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/8/2025
This was my first visit. My Doctor prescribed a migraine med that requires a prior authorization and my pharmacy had to fax the prio authorization request. Now.. I have to follow up with the Neurology prior authorization person to make sure the loops closed and things get pushed through. As an RN, whose practice for over 30 years, prior offices can get delayed, and I would like to see this process improved and patients getting confirmation the prior off has been sent from the doctor to the insurance company. I'm always wondering.

The waiting and check-in area does nothing to preserve patient confidentiality! Because of the glass partition, you have to loudly announce your name, spell it, and give your date of birth. Everyone in the waiting area is privy to that information. I do not want to go back.

The nurse could have been more personal. She could have spoken clearly and meaningfully, not just at me. She walked away, and if I would know to walk behind her, she did more hand gestures than talking. That's the only thing. It kind of irritated me, but I got through it.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/29/2025
When I checked out, the representative told me that scheduling would call me for another appointment. This was unacceptable; the scheduler was the next station over and I talked to her. The main issue I have is that this ordeal has been going on for six months with various Prisma Health departments.
