I am not aware of anything that could have been done to make my visit with Dr. Weber any more effective. She is a wonderful doctor! In fact, she is one of the best physicians I have ever had in my entire life.

Remove the glitch that caused a long wait time. We assumed there was an emergency, but it turned out to be we were registered and overlooked so other patients who were scheduled after me were seen first. The registration staff assisted in correcting the error of over an hour wait time.

None that I can think of. I had a great visit and Dr Weber and her staff were wonderful.

The issue I have concerns the process for patient labs..... as in there is no process and patients are pretty much left to figure out what to do to "check in" with the lab techs and figure out Prisma vs. LabCorp. The lab techs are quite nice but it is very apparent that they are overwhelmed and understaffed. This is my experience over multiple years of twice yearly lab draws at Simpsonville SC Prisma hospital. Terrible experience and I am able bodied. The poor patients who are very ill, not mobile, elderly- it is an even worse experience for them from my observation.

Everything was great

I can not think of anything. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Weber. I had just made the change from private insurance to Medicare which means I had to re-start all my prescriptions. Dr. Weber made time to assure we had everything covered and ordered from my new suppliers so I have no worries about running out of anything.

I really appreciate Dr Weber and her staff. They have always treated me with care and concern! Dr Weber always cared about me. I feel and wanted me to have a better life so thank you for all you do Dr Weber and your staff. Thank you God bless.

Don't change anything, everyone was fantastic

Avoid phone checks per the visit. You did avoid it. You may see a nice phone, but in this timeline, businesses have deals that make it possible to have a good phone without spending a small fortune. Payment plans exist, and that phone you see is only a small amount per month. Consider what it says about patients who have a phone while struggling to get medical care, fighting insurance companies, and the slow terror of not knowing where the medicine for this month is going to be. Just don't do it. We deserve the same respect for person and agency without fearing punishment for having property that has some sort of absurd status about it. Sigh. Anyway. It had to be said.

There isn't-my doctor is amazing!

My visit with Dr Weber and the nurse who saw me was great. No improvement needed!

When you are put in the room to wait for the doctor sometimes the delay is too long. Sometimes I've had to wait for 30 minutes. Otherwise everything else was great

Dr Weber is terrific! Intelligent, caring, thoughtful and considerate! She explains everything thoroughly and looks for a positive note to leave you on! She listens and never makes you feel sillyor unimportant-she could teach lots of doctors in this area-she is a jewel ! I hate Prisma's My Chart- a once simple means of communication is really hard to use now for me!

Dr. Weber and her staff are excellent. She is always prepared and is very concerned about my health. I just wish more Drs had the same ethics as Dr. Weber and the healthcare would be in a much better place.

Prisma needs to loosen it's 15 minute stranglehold on his doctors and patients

I wish there was a lan on site that would take all insurance so I don't have to travel elsewhere

I have never questioned any nurse or doctor at this office when it comes to my care or trust.

During checkout, I informed the staff member that Dr. Weber had scheduled my next appointment for four months out. The staff member stated she cannot book an appointment until six months out. I explained that Dr. Webber is my physician and had intentionally recommended a four month follow up and asked if she could verify this with someone or make an exception. The staff member declined to investigate further and scheduled me for six months instead. I'm concerned that a front desk staff member overriding a physicians clinical recommendation sets a problematic precedent and could compromise my care. The staff member did not attempt to contact anyone or explore alternative solutions. After 15 years as a patient of Dr. Webber and other Prisma physicians this is my first negative experience. I found the staff members demeanor to be dismissive, lacking in empathy and unprofessional. To be clear my office visit and care on this day was simply amazing until I reach the checkout desk. I will gladly discuss this with office personnel if they need a description of the staff member that checked me out. Thank you.!

Your office is always top notch. Dr. Weber is the best and always explains everything. I never leave the office second-guessing.

The checkout person was rude, did not seem to know who I was or what my medical needs were, nor would she schedule me an appointment for follow-up.

Our visit was great! The front office staff, the physician assistant, and our doctor were very kind. We believe that Dr. Weber cares about our overall health and we have great respect for her for that.

Calling to reschedule an appt. Is impossible .. appt. Line rolls to front desk. You must leave a message and if you miss the call when they call back, you cannot return call and get a person to answer. This happened several days. You need more staff there.

I know there are many patients the doctors see on a daily basis but slowing down with patients, especially those who are adding on years, would help make sure they understand. It sometimes takes a few minutes to process what has just been said. Please take a little more time with all instead of rushing off to the next patient.

Support, trust and respect were great! Staff and doctors seemed to work well together and timing went well. Staff work hard. Could have receptionist make available small note pad or encourage patients to write in my chart questions for doctor/ nurse to save time and ensure questions are brought up and answered.
