Could not have improved! Very grateful that they got me in within 24 hours of my call. I was very uncomfortable with a UTI. Dr. Riddle is not my usual gyn, but I know his fine reputation and was grateful for his quick care and solutions.

I was surprised that as a new patient that I was not asked to fill out my personal information and my medical history for the nurse, but after thinking about it I realized that due to my medical history with other doctors at Prisma Health, now all my information is in their system and available for any doctor to see and access. I liked Dr. Riddle. He was professional and polite.

Dr. Riddle does not have good bedside manners. My child is already nervous about being there and he did not ease her mind or nerves. She was unfamiliar with him and he treated her like she was just another number in a room which amplified her nervousness. He never saw her and did nothing to make sure she felt comfortable with a new doctor. The appointment was not complete and we had to schedule another one with a doctor that she's comfortable with.

No improvement is necessary. I received I-1 treatment.

Doctor Riddle and his staff are amazing! They're very easy to get along with laugh with with them showing the upmost respect and very detailed and caring for me making sure I understand everything and just the best experience ever staff and doc are amazing Amazing amazing 10 out of 10 hands-down, they deserve something above and beyond everyone I came in contact with

I had a great experience at the clinic! the staff outside and the nurses were all very nice and attentive and the doctor who looked after me was amazing, he explained, asked questions and let me decide before he did anything!
