Very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.

Don't do anything differently!!! I showed up hours after my appointment due to my error, and Dr Dickey wrapped up his lunch and saw me for my appointment. The staff there were so caring and courteous, especially with getting me in after I missed my appointment. Dr Dickey knew my history, my medications, discussed a plan with me that fits my needs and lifestyle. I wouldn't want to see anyone else!

You could not have done anything different or better. Excellent care. Dr. Dickey and his staff are awesome!

I cannot think of anything further that Dr. Dickey could have done toward meeting my health needs. He was very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns and answered any questions I had at my most recent visit. He appears very knowledgeable about my condition and knew my medical history well. I trust his judgment regarding decisions about my health care.

Honestly, everything was done wonderfully, I wouldn't change anything.

Your my chart pre pre visit was not user friendly

The health history needed to be typed in on a tablet by the patient The program was not user friendly and very confusing

Cannot think of anything. Staff courteous and friendly. Saw Dr Dickey for 1st time. He was very thorough. Listened patiently to complex history without rushing. Explained everything and made sure I understood. Advised what to do in case of problems and made follow up appointment in several months. Very happy with care

Dr Dickey did a terrific job of actively listening to my history, concerns and questions. Very impressive turnaround on his notes getting into MyChart--I hadn't even gotten home yet! Honestly don't see anything that could have been done differently. Dr Dickey has my full trust, and he's one of 3 providers I've ever felt that in my lifetime.
