Samantha Elizabeth Gray, AGACNP

Samantha Gray, AGACNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the Pulmonary & Critical Care team at Prisma Health. Born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina, Samantha always knew she wanted to follow her mother’s footsteps and become a nurse. She began her medical journey at Prisma Health in 2016 after earning her undergraduate nursing degree at the University of South Carolina. Her passion for providing patient care led her to continue her education and become a nurse practitioner.

In 2021, Samantha obtained her master’s degree from Vanderbilt University and became certified as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). She started with the Pulmonary & Critical Care team in 2022 where she focuses on managing critically ill patients with a variety of diagnoses. Samantha believes patient advocacy is crucial in the critical care field as well as being able to adequately provide education to both her patients and their family members.

In her free time, Samantha and her husband, Todd, enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with their two dogs, Opie and Cooper.
