Care was excellent

I cannot think of a thing that could've made the visit better! Thank you to the Staff and Dr Areford for a great visit, even in the dark, (thanks to the power outage). That made it fun!

I really don't have any suggestions. Everything was great.

After my appointment I was told to go to the lab. On my way to the lab a man from check out told me I was not allowed to leave with checking out. I told him I was going to the lab. He became indifferent and said no, you cannot leave without checking out. I didn't realize this was a matter that involved security guards. He could have been pleasant, but was not. I was upset and went to the lab next. I said I was unhappy with check out, where the young lady let me know she was not there to hear about it. She became very aggressive, pulled the tourniquet as hard as she could. She could have easily given someone a terrible skin tear. She was terribly rude.

Dr Areford is the epitome of what every doctor should strive to be. I had to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time. Dr Areford apologized and said she'd had an emergency.

My appt was scheduled at the last minute for an illness that was getting worse since my emergency visit to Urgent Care. Dr Areford saw me the day I called her office. She and her Staff were professional, kind and caring. Dr Areford was there when I needed her. Most grateful!!!!

Everything was great!

Once they moved to a different floor it has been more challenging to get in contact with a live person. I used to be able to schedule an appointment on my chart . now i have to request appt and hope someone calls be back. which i called 2x and my chart. I do think the staff is wonderful and Dr Areford is always attentive and listens and follows up on my care!

It was VERY confusing that I had to sign a disclaimer for the vaccine I received that said I could be billed approximately $1,000 for a vaccine that I knew my Medicare should cover. I had already researched it. This truly made me lose a bit of trust in Prisma. Prisma's main billing unit was no help at all! However, when I called Cypress Internal directly, there were more helpful. I almost didn't get the vaccine. This needs to be fixed.

The only way to improve patient support would be to offer transportation services so we wouldn't have to battle interstate traffic, especially large trucks, and careless drivers. Maybe one day........

The was perfect.

I was told to wait in the waiting area and a staff member would come and schedule my procedure appointment. After 20 minutes, I approached the front desk and she looked and couldn't find them and I scheduled the procedure by phone.

Dr. Areford and her team are simply awesome. She's one of the most caring and compassionate providers I have ever seen. I'm forever grateful for the care she provides.

We're happy, waiting to hear from wound care nurse about schedule to check on her, no contact yet.

Okay, the only problem I had was any sleep medications that the doctors would have prescribed for me while I was there in the hospital and while I needed sleep medication following my days in the hospital. family doctor was not aware of this and so no sleep medication was given to me and I would have liked to have gone home with some.

Front desk was rude with a nasty disposition. She also was coloring witn colored pens on sheet of paper when I came in and when Ieft.
