It was an excellent service, I don't have anything to said. Only thanks

Had to stand at checkout for a length of time a nurse walked by and asked two women that were upfront talking having a personal conversation if they were bored and if they could check someone out and they said I'm not bored and just continued their conversation while I stood there. Very unprofessional.

MD needs to add her orders/recommendations for changes in my medicines into My Chart so I can look it up after the visit to confirm that I understand what to do.

The care was just fine. No suggestion necessary.

Nothing I can think of, thanks.

The appointment was to review ultrasound and lab results. It could very easily have been a phone consultation or message via MyChart instead of an office visit. I have to drive 35 miles to the office and it would have saved time and a trip.

I felt that maybe Dr. Gokul doesn't like handling transgender care, because she seemed very cold and detached during our visit. The nurse was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, but I left my visit feeling depressed and discouraged. I cancelled my follow-up, and I'll be seeing a different Endocrinologist.

Great service

Dr. Gokul seems to pass the ball for advise and treatment back to other Drs. Only thing she committed to is checking my sodium level which my internist can do. No diagnose, no further testing, lack of interest to get to reason for low sodium. Didn't seem concerned.

MD could have been friendlier. I am a retired Medical Care Professional and I would have liked to have been treated with a little more courtesy to my knowledge and 25 years of working in the health care field.

Right now, I cannot think of any specific thing that would have improved the results of my appointment.

Make sure the rooms didn't have snakes under the exam table.

Nurse was not respectfull and responded to question with a flip answer and then refused to talk to after that. MD did address the issue.

Just another cheerleader for the pharmaceutical industry insinuating things about my health in order to push out SSRI's and Statins like candy. Not a single, genuine care about my well being. Prisma all together has been an entire waste of my time and money, and I'll be switching to Bon Secours. Good riddance.

It was hard to hear and understand what the Dr. was saying with a mask. My husband and I both struggled to understand answers or instructions and had to ask her to repeat.

The lady who checked me in, I can't think of her name, was so nice and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long. Which is a plus! The nurse is fairly new, the previous nurse was outstanding. But the doctor has no bed side manner. I just wanted to tell her to SMILE! Sometimes patients need to hear encouraging words. For example, your A1C came down. That's great but you still have some work to do. Just my thoughts....
