My visit was excellent in every way.

No issues or complaints

She could have asked me if I wanted the medical student come in. I did not feel comfortable with the medical student coming in there when I was talking to her. I wish she had asked me. And she was more concerned with explaining everything to the medical student and she wasn't talking to me.

Dr Chowdhury is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. I trust her completely

Please keep those new nurses who takes blood. They are MUCH better then those before

I felt I got excellent customer service

Hi, I don't have a complaint and I want to clarify because some of the questions didn't apply. I didn't deal with a nurse. I dealt with Dr. Chowdhury and her technician, both of whom were wonderful to me. I walked in very fearful about why my primary care doctor sent me to Dr. Chowdhury. I can't say anything greater about her. She was fabulous, made me feel comfortable, explained things to me in detail. She was absolutely terrific. I have only the best things to say about her. Being a retired physician which DR C was aware of, it would have been helpful for the staff be aware of my status as well, by somehow having that information readily visible. It would make the initial staff interaction and conversation less 'formulaic'

In my case, it couldn't have been any better. The nurse was just excellent. So nice, so warm, so friendly, and so was the doctor. So I have no complaints. I just enjoyed both of them. They were wonderful and just professional. And I really thank God for both of them. Thank you so much. From the staff, when I checked in, all the way to the doctor and the nurse, everybody was just excellent and very warm. Thank you.

I don't have anything bad to say about Dr. Chowdhury's office. We have always been treated with respect and with knowledge and if we didn't understand they have always explained every visit we have been to, every appointment, every outside appointment, we have always been informed.

Didn't get follow up appointment scheduled at the site after the visit. Would like to have done that.
