I can't think of anything that could have been improved upon. It was a good experience.

I had a great experience...I trust and respect the professionals that I met there.

I only can say , Greenville Hospital is the best one I ever visited, I thank God for blessing me with amazing doctors.

My only comment is about my arrival. I was told to be here by 7:30 For a 7:45 procedure. The security guard told me they didn't open until 7:45. After getting upset, the guard agreed to let me wait at the inside of the entrance. Requiring me to arrive BEFORE the office opens needs to be addressed. Otherwise, the staff was very professional and courteous.

There was a wait. Lying on the table waiting is unpleasant. I was kept informed.

Dr Werntz is always a pleasure to see, despite my difficult medical condition. As a physician myself, I rely on his advice and counsel.

We are from out of state so a little more clarity on everything would be helpful. And when meeting a provider for the first time a longer visit would be nice. When preparing a patient for surgery that is out of state information of hotels and the hospital especially would be especially helpful.

I was well pleased with everything.

Everyone was courteous attentive and caring

I was a little surprised that Dr. Werntz did not look at the swelling or the incisions . I spoke to him of the swelling, but he did not look at it.

I checked in at front desk 15 minutes before appointment Was told to go to waiting area as I have in the past. I waited over an hour before I found out that front desk did not inform nurses station that I was as ready for my appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Werntz for about five years. There is nothing I can think of to improve my trust.

Get in on time we waiting for 30 minutes the room was cold

Don't over schedule. We did not see doctor until an hour past our scheduled appt. time. We also arrived 30 mins. before our scheduled appt. time! This is really unacceptable!

Just it takes so long to be seeing. That is the only problem.

Everything was good. The doctor was knowledgeable about my condition. He built my trust as he explained the condition and the surgery. When I left after my first visit I trusted him. I was confident he knew what to do. The nurses and techs were very good. They were courteous and polite and helpful. I liked them all. They didn't take long to respond to my call if I needed them. I really can't think of anything that can be done better. I had a good experience at the hospital and doctor's office.

Eliminate the wait time

There were so many questions I had in mind to ask Dr Werntz but went totally blank when he walked in. I am very interested to know about my procedure in September. I remember seeing him after surgery but couldn't tell you anything he said. I also meant to mention the light bleeding since the surgery. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The question number one that asked if we got our appointment in time when we wanted it, I accidentally hit one and meant to press four. Thank you.

I need a surgery appointment much earlier than what I was first told. I really expected that the surgery would take place within the next 45 days.

I would like to be offered an opportunity to talk to past patients who have received treatment from the provider that are willing to share with prospective patients their thoughts on the expertise and results of treatment(s) received.

I think everything went good, I was just mentally digesting the fact I had Cancer , but my daughter was with me so she said everything was good and she remembered basically everything they said and I thought the Dr was excellent . I usually have a good experience at Prisma and I like going there . I would go there for everything, I have never had a bad experience there .

My appointment was at 12:00pm. It was 1:00pm before I saw the doctor. Your guest Wi-Fi is intermittent at best. Almost every appointment I have had it has been an hour past my appointment time before seeing the doctor. It would be respectful of your patience if they saw the doctor within at least 30 minutes of their appointment time.

My visit overall was good.

Not sure what more could be done.

None well run operation

Dr werntz is so busy and needed that his time is short during the visit. He would benefit from having 2 NPs or PAs that could accompany him to alternating appointments. With this set up, he could see more patients in clinic and provide his surgical expertise, step out to see the next client, and allow the APP to remain with the patient if more time is needed for education. We would've felt more at ease if we had more access to face time with his team.

I was really satisfied with all the help that I had gotten over there in my care. So I would definitely tell anyone about Dr. Werntz and his staff. And I greatly appreciate your taking care of me. Goodbye.

Including this appointment,my experience was not timely to say the least.My last two appointments I was seen literally an hour past the scheduled appointment time.

Nurse was great from start to finish!! Physician was pleasant but spent very little time with me. Asked very few questions about background or history. Sent me out of office without any after visit summary and now it's 24 hours later and there is still not any clinical notes about my visit or an AVS for me to read about the findings of my visit/procedure. Looking at MyChart you would not even be able to tell I was seen in this office. As a nurse myself I would like to read visit notes. The experience itself was pleasant enough but I left feeling like I wasn't given much of a chance to process what was said to me or to ask more questions.

More technicians to help the nurses in the hospital

Everything done during our visit was definitely what I expected it to be. I was satisfied with the service I received. Thanks to the doctors and nurses who attended me.

On this visit I was informed that I have prostrate cancer. This was unsettling and I kind of went into a trance, so to speak. The doctor did answer the questions I had and was kind, but seemed to be in a hurry, so I stopped asking questions so he could move on. I'm not upset about it because I know doctors have much to do each day and are under constant pressure from a lot of different directions and departments. But when someone is told they have cancer, that is a life altering situation, and it takes a minute to absorb that. So a little more patience would have been appreciated. My surgery was scheduled after talking to the doctor and I am surprised that it was scheduled 5 months from now. In 5 months my cancer could spread to other parts of my body and that is keeping me up at night. I don't know if my cancer is spreading fast or slow. It would be good to know that. I have other questions as well. I will call someone and try to get answers next week.

I just want to say that PRISMA and specifically Dr. Werntz was outstanding. I am very grateful for PRISMA. So there's really not anything else I can offer at this point. Thank you.

I would appreciate being seen close to my appointment time. Most of the time I spend close to an hour waiting to be seen.

Yeah, if y'all would hire a couple more doctors so everybody wouldn't rush through so fast, they wouldn't feel like they're just a number in a line. You know, if the doctors wouldn't so swamped, they could probably take better care of the patients they have. They're great doctors, but they're just too overwhelmed.
