Less time waiting

Be mindful of the wait time patients are experiencing.

There Is no need for any changes. Everything went well. We need more doctors and staff members like these people.

Everything was great, no complaints.

I got to the office 20 minutes early and then waited an hour in the exam room to be seen. This is a consistent occurrence at this office. It's frustrating that you don't value my time as much as you value stacking your schedule.

Sick staff should wear masks. The nurse taking my Bp coughed really close to my face. She was apparently sick so why wasn't she wearing a mask while providing services for people with compromised immune systems? Additionally the NP began treatment assessment cutting me off after asking me questions and she asked me the same question three times because she didn't like my answer. Those communication skills are unprofessional and disrespectful. I waited 45 m after check-in to be taken back with nurse. Then 30m to see NP. But the time I saw the doctor I had been waiting for 1.5hrs. At checkout I waited over 10min in line. Then I found out at checkout that a blood test was ordered (NP and Dr made no mention). No one was available to draw blood so I was sent downstairs at Parkridge. The lab technician asked me why I was downstairs since the lab orders indicated the blood draw was to be taken in office. How would I know except to blame it on incompetence. I went in for my heart and left more stressed than I came due to the experience with staff and the long wait times. However the lab tech downstairs was efficient and created a pleasant experience. She was a breath of fresh air at the end of an aggravating Dr appointment. The dr was kind and pleasant but too long of a wait for him and his staff is unprofessional.

There's no way for improvement. He is one of the best doctors there is there and all of the people are wonderful. So I'm sorry. I'm not saying anything negative because they are the best. And definitely Dr. MacNevin is a caring, great doctor.

I received excellent care from Dr. MacNevin and his staff. Dr. MacNevin always knows exactly what to do in diagnosing my cardiology concerns. He's detail-oriented, professional, and has a great personality. I always feel well-cared for, and he explains everything perfectly. Dr. MacNevin is an A+++++ for Prisma Health Cardiology!!!!

Dr MacNevin had some dietary recommendations for me, but he just rattled them off rather quickly. I didn't have a chance to write them down and they weren't included in the visit summary. I would like to get a copy of them

The doctor seems in a hurry and does not clearly answer my concerns

I only have one concern is too late so your appointment they reschedule you. When you on time for your appointment your doctor is late you have nothing to do but wait. I do not see the doctor the time they schedule me.

Have the receptionist not put other patients chart in front of your chart when you've arrive about 30mins earlier than expected that's completely unacceptable I witness this for the first time since we've been coming to this facility because it was my mother that it happened to.

Very satisfied with all aspects of my visit with Dr. MacNevin. He is MY SUPER STAR!!! He took wonderful care of my husband and now he is taking care of me. I could not ask for a better doctor. He listens, explains, and shows he cares for his patients. I don't have the vocabulary to express how much I appreciate all the care he gave my husband.

There is nothing that I can think of at this time. All of the staff members were very nice and caring. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. MacNevin. He is absolutely wonderful.

The general receptionist in the primary atrium was a bit curt when I asked her where medical part 6 was for my Cath. She seemed preoccupied and bothered by my question.

I've been there twice each time I was before Time I never see the doctor when I'm scheduled. Both times I always seem to be behind. But if I'm late I would have to reschedule.

Turn the AC down in the waiting area. We all were freezing cold.

There was nothing lacking in my care, the people providing it, or the pre and post- visit information provided. I do wish that the medical community would all subscribe to a common "MY Chart" system, so they could access each other's information/ outcomes on a specific patient. As it is now, my cardiologist with Prisma and my Primary with another provider cannot readily view one another's findings and test results.

I truly don't know . I suggest you give the patient more than 15 minutes per session with the doctor, a lot of questions the patient has is not what asking if the time alloted is not granted .
