My provider has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. However last couple of appointments she seems not to remember previous plans that she herself has recommended. I don't know if is time / not getting to read previous notes? I trust her with my health care . This has been last 3 appointments.

To make sure to remind the patient to make sure they are aware of the labs that needed to be done before they leave the office.

I was VERY pleased with my treatment!

They were jammed up with two providers on vacation and having to cover their patients...she was rushed and had a student besides which I dont begrudge...but I expected a little more assessment besides taking my b/p and weight especially since I was having trouble with my asthma and side effects from my statin. Normally she is very thorough just poor scheduling management.
