I could have gotten an appointment sooner than 6 months after my original appointment date. I got rescheduled twice and had to wait to get my concerns addressed.

Well, initially I didn't see the doctor. I saw his PA. When she came in, she didn't shake my hand. And when we were, when everything was said and done, she didn't shake my hand either. I felt that would have been more personable. It was more like, well, here is, this is what it is. Okay, any questions? So it wasn't really as personable as I would have liked.

By having me see the doctor that I came into see. This is the second visit and I didn't see Dr.Harrison. I waited in waiting area then I was called to the back I waited in there for almost 45min. I told the tech. that I had another appointment and again I seen Dr.Harrison assistant. I don't mind seeing his assistant but. On one visit I would like to see the doctor.

15 minutes on appointment is misleading

Can't think of a thing very happy with the whole experience plus Dr. Harrison was one of the nicest people in the world. I'm glad I have him as my cardiologist and his PA Karen.

The office visit was very professional, through and courteous.

Time waiting on the PA to arrive after being taken back for EKG/vitals was too long

My blood pressure was very high and it was not rechecked. I have new medication and still now it's high. I have been monitoring it hoping the new medication will help.

At my previous visit my cardiologist wanted me to return in a year and the Prisma scheduling system would not permit scheduling one year out. About 10 months out I could not get an appointment for 6 almost months later. The Prisma scheduling systems should accommodate reasonable the professional recommendations.

I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.

Very pleased in everything that was done during this visit. Dr. Harrison is absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable about all aspects of this patient.

It would have been nice to see my cardiologist after a year. I was seen by his assistant and she was very nice and knowledgeable about my health. Overall she was good and I liked her.

I'm not referring to my cardiologist as a provider. He went to med school, not provider school. Please stop referring to them as providers. He worked long hard hours to be called a physician and he is deserves that respect - he is exceptional !

Every one involved in my care was very caring and my experience was wonderful. Dr Harrison is an excellent physician and he always displays sincere care, concern and compassion. He always listens, he explains any testing or exam findings and he provides his plan forward in my tx, while simultaneously displaying his warm, comforting bedside manner to me. His approach in his practice is a blessing to me.

From observation, I think the doctors are under a lot of pressure and not allowed to practice medicine anymore. Part of the healing process is being able to connect with your doctor so you have a relaxed visit rather than being quickly ushered out the door. I thank God for Dr. Harrison because even in the rush he tries to make you feel like your visit was not just a touch with a stethoscope.
