Don't have any recommendations, everything was great!

IMA used to have a team member "directing traffic" in the registration/check out area. That was lovely and very helpful. I understand why IMA would no longer dedicate a full resource there. But maybe flex during peak hours? It was a nice touch.

No changes are needed. Dr Dubose and all staff that I encountered were exceptional.

Dr Dubose is the best, caring, knowledgable, and professional.

The entire staff were outstanding.

I think Dr. Dubose did a great job explaining about my heart condition. I did notice he had on my "review of visit" I was a new patient. I've been going to him since he came to IMA. I'm sure that was an error, and should be corrected. .

Always takes great care of me

I don't really have a complaint. Everything was great. Everybody was friendly and he took time and listened to my questions and he answered everything I needed. Anyway, I feel very confident in his care, the way he handles taking care of me. Actually, he saved my life. Fixing to be seven years ago, he diagnosed my cancer. Anyway, I'm a survivor and appreciate everything he's done for me.

I called about an ongoing sinus and chest cold issue. Dr. Dubose is my regular physician and he had an opening. They scheduled an appointment and I was seen that day. Dr. Dubose assessed my problem and prescribed the necessary medications to treat my condition. I was, as always, very pleased with my treatment and am confident of a complete and speedy recovery. I don't know of a thing that could have been done better.
