About Robert Dustin Chapman

Rob Chapman, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in liver care and transplant hepatology with Prisma Health. A Greenville native, he earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his physician assistant training from Trevecca Nazarene University. Rob provides comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic liver disease, guiding them through every stage of the transplant journey, including evaluation, transplantation and long-term post-transplant management.

With prior experience in a major transplant program, Rob played a key role in helping establish Prisma Health’s liver transplant program. He is committed to patient education and personalized care, helping patients navigate the complexities of liver disease with clear communication, compassion and clinical expertise.
