My Chart offers the opportunity to schedule telephone appointments even though these type of appointments are not available through the Doctor's office. My Chart allows you to schedule it anyways and sends periodic reminders via IM that a pending appointment is coming up and to be standing by your preferred phone number. The app may need a prompt that notifies you that telephone appointments are not available when you try to make an appointment to eliminate confusion.

I would ask the nurse to not publicly have a discussion or attempt to have a discussion about the presenting concern in the hallway. I had to politely remind her that I wanted to have the discussion about my concerns in a private confidential setting such as the room rather than the hallway.

Dr. Allen seemed to be wanting to end the visit quickly because of being so busy. I was stressed and talked too much and that could have been the reason.

I'm very pleased with my doctor and nurse they make it so much easier with going to the doctors for a visit. Definitely the best team I ever had to deal with. Keep up the great work don't change a thing.

I had a lot of stuff to cram into one visit: so it was difficult to remember everything that was important after some bad blood tests. Wish I had had a final review moment to make sure everything was addressed. Overall very good
