There was some discrepancy about what I could do during this visit from the nurse. As she told me, I could only discuss one issue since it was the same day visit. But it wasn't the same day visit, but my doctor took care of everything I needed he was wonderful.

Avoid having the check in staff eating their breakfast while checking you in, and talking with food in their mouth. LOL

Theres nothing you could have done. Dr Bonanno knows me , my medical history, he listens to what I have to say if theirs a problem we make decision together. Dr Bonanno is the best doctor I have ever had you are very lucky to have him. my only concern was I had a different nurse Mary ann is my nurse and she is very good at what she does, I just except to have her when i come i always have she helps make everything run better. Dr. and nurse wise I have the best if they leave god forbid I will leave as well. Dr Bonanno is the type of doc if you need him you can count on him getting back to you the same day count on it.

Time is an issue here. There was not enough time to cover a good deal of what I needed to say especially as I am changing providers as a complex patient. You cannot cover ten years of history in less than an hour. Also and as usual I noticed a good deal of discrepancy between what the post visit notes and summary said and what was actually said to me. Finally, the MyChart system STILL DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. Data is not being transferred. What is the point of a patient portal if the patient cannot use it?
