Be more aware of my current health, limitations and condition. I actually had a clot which was why I was having symptoms and the doctor really should have ordered a D dimmer thankfully I was able to get in quickly with another specialist and he ordered a D dimer

I have no complaint. Not only is Dr.Shah a great and knowledgeable doctor, he is a caring and friendly person to his patients.

The staff member at checkout was very rude and lazy. She had at least 3 different patients waiting to be checked out and she was on the phone. One patient I allowed to cut in front of me due the urgency of the matter. Myself I left without being checkout.

There is nothing that I can think of that needs to be changed every thing was great and professional.

Your registration for follow up appointment is abysmal. I usually have to make several calls to get follow up appointments or appointments for procedures. It's extremely frustrating and time consuming.

When answering phone some staff came be little more courteous.

After my visit I ended up having to call for more specific directions regarding a change in one of my medications. The nurse that I spoke with consulted with Dr. Shah and explained how to proceed. I have great faith in Dr. Shah and his staff. They always seem to care about my health; therefore, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent cardiac care!

I was very pleased with everyone at the office and how they treated me with respect and care. Dr. Shah is very kind, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.

I'm still a little confused about the next step and unsure how serious my condition is.

Have physicians that actually listen to their patients, that actually know medical science, and that want to work and help people. This "doctor" was none of those things. From the moment he stepped into the exam room, he exuded an aura of "okay, let's get this over with, I already made my money off of you". He did not seem to know cardiology, and dismissed all of my symptoms as not relevant, even though every single one pf my symptoms were classical symptoms of the condition I was coming to test for, and if I did not push for testing, I would have left his office with no hope of a resolution. This doctor is dangerous and should be fired.

Get the lady at the check-out counter some help so that the lines are not so ling to check out.

My primary care physician is not affiliated with Prisma Health, although all my other physicians are. As a result, my referral experience was not as seamless as it typically would be. However, Dr. Shah took the time and effort to familiarize himself with my medical history, which I truly appreciated

First visit with this provider so I cannot really access if he will be a good fit for me. Time will tell.

I do not need to get on a scale every time I have a doctor visit and do not like to provide personal information loudly in front of many people listening in the waiting room...

A few extra minutes listening to patient. Doctor explaining in an easy to understand what test showed. Keep it simple and easy to understand words for patient to understand.

This was my yearly check-up. Suggestions of what I needed to continue to do and what I should be aware of with my present condition.

I don't think there is anything else you could have done because everything was fine. The doctor was very personable and listened to what I was discussing with him and he was very responsive and he seems to really know what he's doing.

As a first time patient, I was well taken care of. The staff was helpful in making sure my daughter was brought to the correct exam room when she arrived since we did not come together. Everything was explained well and I left knowing what I had to do until my next visit.

This was only my second visit (first was 3 years ago) and I was very anxious about the reason for the visit. (abnormal heart rhythm as shown on 2 week heart monitor). I would have wanted a little more information about the plan and assurance that if anything else came up before the tests (echocardiogram and stress test) what I should do. The person who set up the appointments seemed pretty casual when I was surprised that the tests were more than a month away and follow up with Dr. Shah was 3 months away. I clarified with her that I could get the blood tests that Dr. Shah ordered this same day and didn't need to fast. However when I had the blood tests the receptionist was unsure about the two tests that were to be done (both or one she said?). She then said she would go ahead and do both. I had no paperwork about which blood tests were being done. I did remember somewhat from what Dr. Shah had said. I realize that in a 15 minute appointment Dr. Shah was kind, listened, and was efficient in his explanations.

The doctor don't talk to you. He just comes in and asks you a couple of questions and you have to drag questions out of it. And I didn't like that.

Have a wheelchair available for the long trek from waiting room to examination room.

Oh, well I was thinking that this is the one I could do for accommodation. When I go see Dr. Shah, everybody from the check-in to the check-out to the nurse and of course Dr. Shah, they all treat me with the utmost professionalism, kindness, respect. I'm a retired nurse and I could not ask for anything more than what is done or questions and stuff like that. I leave there happy, then I go to him and the rest of the staff. So I hope you give an accommodation to all of them, because they all deserve it. If all doctors were like him, right now I've been blessed. You know, the Lord's blessed me with my doctors, and he's one of them. So I hope, and the staff, they're all kind and helpful. So I hope that y'all giving them a good accommodation for the fine work that they do. Thank you.

I should have had blood work done before this appointment, to assess the effectiveness's of medications that I've been taking for the past 4 months. Request was made for the following month, and was not timely. Dr. Shah requested and I had blood drawn right after the appointment.

Overall the medical staff was great however the woman at check-in seemed more occupied with her phone.

Responding to emails in a reasonable time

Everything was fine during my visit to Dr Shah, but the day after the visit I got a call from his office that I was to have a blood test done "at any Prisma Health facility near me". That was fine - until I spent Hours, trying three different Prisma locations and no one could accept clients from other doctors at Prisma Health. Next day I finally located a facility that was willing to help- and got it done.

Lower costs always good ? everyone at this practice was polite, knowledgeable, very informative. And the weight was minimal, five minutes or less.

Hard to say. Please don't change anything. They are doing just fine without help or suggestions from anyone else.
