It was absolutely perfect.

I can not say enough good things about Dr O'Neal! He was the only medical professional I saw yesterday as it was really a consultation so all of the questions I answered about the nurses were really about him. He took the time to learn about who I was and when I gave him information about how the tumor was progressing he listened and reassessed what his recommendations were. It was so reassuring to have him listen to my opinion, and still use his expertise to come up with the best plan of action for my treatment. This whole team is so kind , knowledgeable and responsive. It's beyond comforting to be in their care.

I personally can't think of anything. I know of any way that I can put a grade for this question.

Communication between Doctor and patient re lab works results, MRI,CT scan of the chest and Dr.Oneal was excellent in interpretation of the test done and relaying it to patient( myself).

Dr O'Neal and his staff are great. As someone who has just recently been diagnosed with leukemia. There is obviously tons of questions that I don't have the answer to and not sure could be answered by anyone I do wonder sometimes if I should seek a second opinion, but I don't know that I would trust anybody more than I do Dr. O'Neal

I had to do the cancer screen blood test two times because the ring group performed the first test and and failed to complete two needed tests.

Kind, always smiling, always wanting to know if you have any concerns or questions! I wouldn't trade this group for anything! Can't think of anything that would have made it better. I'm glad I chose Dr. O 'Neal as my oncologist. My appointment was better than I expected. He had read my past history with esophageal cancer and even showed me some of my past ct scans. Took his time.

My whole experience was perfect. Because of the results of my recent scan I was a little nervous about this appointment. But everyone was so nice and helpful and Dr. Oneal was so encouraging and spent a good bit of time explaining everything to me. I felt very blessed when I left and encouraged about next time.

Get rid of the check in devices. Ask for information you already had.

I think Dr. O'Neal was absolutely wonderful and I appreciated his time and I have tremendous respect for him. But I think the evaluation system you have where you press one or two or three or four is too many choices and it takes too many times given the number of questions that you ask. So my only suggestion for improvement would be to the evaluation system. Thank you though. Bye-bye.

Absolutely nothing more!!! Dr O'Neal has the most kind heart, caring attitude, and concerns for you and your wellbeing than any Dr I have ever encountered!!!!!! I would drive days just for him to care for me. His staff has the upmost respect for all patients. They are all so friendly, making you laugh, listening to you, putting forth every effort to help you. I nominate Dr Richard O'Neal physician of the Decade. There's no way I can say enough good things about him.

I was well pleased with the doctor, I wish more doctors would spend more time with their patients.

I received personal care from all people I was in contact with, would suggest cleaning the waiting area, saw insect crawling on chair, have seen this in the past.
