My experience with Prisma Baptist has been wonderful. I have been seen at many emergency rooms and have experienced very long wait times but here at this hospital they accommodate and offer comfort which makes the wait worth while. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and gets to know their patient.

The staff and the provider was very professional. I just love that he was very concerned about me and wellbeing since surgery. He made me feel like my care and health is what matters. As someone who works in healthcare this is the kind of compassionate care I want and he give me just that.

Dr McCarroll is an amazing doctor with the best bedside manner. I have never had a more thorough interest in showing me concern and patience while he spoke to my children immediately after surgery and me on my follow-up appointment. I had tremendous trust in him.

Dr. McCarroll put me at ease as I was very nervous due to complications from a past surgery I had quite a few years ago. Everything went well. I loved that he checked in on me and personally came by to discuss everything before being discharged. I felt like a real person and that I mattered. He was just as spectacular during my follow up visit Wednesday in the office. I full confidence in Dr. McCarroll and if I need any surgery in the future, He is my one and only choice.
