The front desk lady's are rude waited almost an hour after my appointment time for my appointment when they kept telling me a few more minutes and so far out of my entire pregnancy I've only talked to the doctor twice other times he's been at the doctors himself or unreachable

The doors were still locked at 7:30. Even though staff was at desk no one came to the door. Maybe certain ppl have a key to unlock but too cold to keep walking to check to see if the door was unlocked.

I thought it was a good service

My experience was fine. However, my midwife did not receive the results of the ultrasound in a timely manner. In fact, I still don't know if she has received them. So it would be great if the results could be sent to her quickly and maybe next time they would be sent to her sooner. Thank you so much. Appreciate it.

The images that were taken during the visit were more than 10 and I just received 3 of them, how can them tell me about my child?

Avery was a wonderful Ultrasound technician! Laura (I think that was her name) was a wonderful assistant. The only issue I had was the wait in the lobby. I arrived at 10:00am and signed in, but then I wasn't seen until 10:55am. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but my children were in the care of someone on a tight schedule, and it almost caused issues.

It took a little over a week for someone to call me to setup an appt. After my referral was sent.

After my appointment, well, during my appointment, she did state that you guys would be sending my scans, my ultrasounds by text message. After I left, I did get the text message, but the text message I was not satisfied with. It was one in particular with my baby yawning. I did call back up to the office and she stated she will let the sonographer know. Nobody never contacted me back. Nobody never called or anything.
