Dr Edelson and entire staff have shown exemplary care and professionalism.

A brief post op visit would have been nice. I realize I might have not remembered much, he gave my wife the necessary results and assurance. But just a quick look in to let me know she was briefed and the follow-up appointment will clarify all questions and concerns, etc... Otherwise everything was great. Plus, plus to all staff. Very satisfied, they were all very attentive and helpful....

We had a very long wait time. After that we saw a physicians assistant, but we never got to see the physician.I assume there were some emergencies but we were not given an explanation.

I like Dr Edelson . This was my first appointment with him and he really did listen and had some good ideas to help me !

The only thing was we waited a little longer than I thought we would. The doctor was very nice!

Run competencies on your nursing staff at least bi annual on checking vital signs. As a health care professional, we often get relaxed in our skill set and a refresher could help remind staff of the importance of adequate vital signs. You could cause someone to get a new medication by committing errors.

I don't know what section this would belong in, but the nurse or whatever he was was kind of robotic, not necessarily very personable. He just was matter of fact, did what he had to do and left. So anyway, bye.

I didn't like the fact that he's gonna tell me that nobody knows their body. I know my body. He's just a doctor. He knows what I tell him or what the test show. I know my body. I don't like when somebody tells me I don't know my own body.

Place the Blood Pressure band tighter on my arm to get a better reading. I prefer the BP band to be tight on my arm,

Information from My Chart is not always complete/up to date between facilities and caregivers. Much of the online paperwork and questions are redundant from one office/doctor to the next.

I am completely satisfied with the care and treatment that I received.

The Doctor had not looked at my chart notes from other doctors prior to my visit and had to leave the room to review prior to answering my questions.

Nothing else. I have found the care I have received at Prisma to be done of the best and most thorough i have ever received.

Appointment was @ 1110 but didn't se provider until 1240. I was waiting in exam room for over a hour but no one informed me that provider was running behind schedule which I do understand happens frequently. Maybe keeping patients informed of any delays could make other patients more comfortable.

I have been seen in three of the Prisma cardiology offices. The facility and staff at all have been excellent. I trust my doctor completely. That said, this box does not provide enough space for me to detail the many short comings in the over all operation and administration of prisma health.

Update the furniture. This is the only location in the Prisma network that has seats that looks bad due to the material peeling.

After my appointment, I thought about my blood panels and how during the stress test the nurse brought up my cholesterol being high, yet my cardiologist did not mention that. I will ask about it at my next appointment as I have already altered my nutrition intake to try and get my numbers better. Other than that, the appointment was insightful.

Please keep up the great work!! Please take care of your providers; they are doing a good job with challenges to getting their job done such ás "paperwork" and wRVUs, etc.

All is good trust what my great Doctor advised me. Also he said to call rite away if anything changes.

Don't know if any offered support or trust and respect is needed to improve. The staff at Prisma Health Richland was outstanding and very professional. Much kudos to everyone.

I had to ask the lady who checked me out to what pharmacy my prescription was being sent to. A lot of people may not use My Chart. Keeping informed is not a lot to ask.

Make some one ask question like do you need any meds or even refills. I was not ask that and more I need some because they cannot fill it until they send it in and that's my problem this happens

Wonderful visit

It was my first time visiting Dr. Edelson, but he seemed to be very involved with me, and I'm glad he's been very involved with all his patients. I just feel like it's my first visit, and I was impressed with the way he interacted.

Been going to prisma health parkridge for a while and have no regrets or complaints always treated with respect and we'll taking care of. It's convenient for me because it's close to my house.

Dr. Edelson talked with me at length about my health & my prescriptions.

The organization of the office was awful. I had to wait almost an hour in the waiting room and exam room just to see my provider for 10 minutes. Staff dismissive and unconcerned .

Actually, this is not a suggestion for improvement, but I want to take this opportunity to give kudos to the medical assistant who got my vital signs. I don't remember her name. She was incredibly good at asking questions, very personable. I just want to give her a huge thanks and a really valuable part of the team.

This was my first visit with Dr. Edelson. I wasn't very pleased that he kept talking about death & dying. I understand that everyone will die. I came to have my heart checked. I am trying to stay healthy by creating a baseline. The PA was super nice, understanding & easily conversed. He also gave me tips on how to improve my health.

Don't let patients sit in a exam room for a hour and then not show up for the appointment. I saw the PA, but not my Doctor. Nursing staff was awesome. I left before I even saw my doctor. Not good!
