My treatment was very good

Help keep my doctor because she very good at what she does.

Everyone was great, can't think of anything that would have anything better.

Everyone was very pleasant and never seemed rushed with me, which was appreciated. But I would have liked to have known that my provider would no longer be practicing in the state before the end of my appointment. I only learned this when scheduling my follow up that it would be with a different doctor. And I still had to ask why I was being scheduled with someone new for my follow up. I am not mad- but it would have been nice to know before I left the exam room that my follow up would be with someone new.

Better way to call snd ask a simple question.

The staff and doctor were polite, professional and listen to my husband's concerns. It was a pleasant experience to see a dr concerned with his health.

Auto opening doors. I am handed cap and uses a walker. I had a hell; of a time opening the ones that i had to go through.

You should not trust just one test, as all tests have false positives. I just went through this with a false positive PSA test, where an MRI showed there was no growths.

Clean the bathrooms in the hallway. The urinal in the mens bathroom was broken and it stunk terrible in there. I told them in the doctors office or need cleaned and it was still filthy when we left.

The Pulmonologist at Prisma Sumter needs more group practitioners to help reduce waiting time for initial appointments in this specialty.

Well, I didn't quite hear the question completely, but I was more than satisfied with how everyone treated me and they respected me. Everything was very nice, very cordial. And I would definitely, I would always come back there as long as they would have me. I was very pleased with what I saw and how they treated me when I was there. I'm more than satisfied. Thank you. I guess I can hang up now.

Yes, I was treated well. And I don't think that there's anything you guys can do. The medical field these days is a lot of desire to help care. But as far as you guys, I don't see you could do for me any better. So appreciate it.

Getting an appointment I thought should've been a little bit more organized. Took approximately three weeks maybe more.

I was very impressed w her effort to help me. This was my first time to see her. I am eager to have the test done she order. I already have a follow up appointment so we can discuss the results.
