I was treated well. No problems to complain about.

The medical tech that escorted me to the exam room did NOT do anything to prepare me for treatment. She simply escorted me to the room and had me sit on the exam table then left the room. The doctor came in and said, "Did they not inform you to remove your top and jewelry?" I explained that the med tech simply escorted me and said the doctor would be here shortly. The med tech should have had me remove jewelry and my top so the doctor could begin shortly after obtaining a few pieces of information on the areas she needed to perform the exam. The medical tech did NOTHING.

Just continue doing what you all are doing

Without sharing my information with physicians she needs to slow down. She's all over the place and rushing the whole visit. I also waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to see her. She didn't effectively listen to my concerns and the entire appointment felt rushed after I had waited for her

Well, you guys could have made it so we got an appointment a lot sooner. And the other thing is the doctor could make it to where she maybe has someone that types up the stuff for her in the computer so she can pay more attention to me as the patient.

I don't know of anything that could be done to improve. The medical staff was professional and attentive. Good visit.

Dr Pokharna filled out my notes before she even saw me. She filed false notes. She's been late several times contacting the specialty pharmacy so they can ship my meds in time. She rushed through my latest appointment because she said she had a lecture to go to. She referred to me as a "she" several times in her notes. I am a male. Her bedside manner is not great. She put in her notes that im not compliant on her labs she orders. Thats not true in the slightest. How can she even fill my notes out without even seeing me, just because shes in a rush and wanted to it before I got there? I won't be going back to this Dr and will be finding a new one.

I wish that I was able to be seen a lot quicker. I think two months is a long way out in terms of having neurology issues. Other than that, it went very well. I was very pleased with the provider. Very knowledgeable, thank you.

The neurologist is definitely well qualified courteous understanding and gave clear explanations. My appointment was on time. My follow up CT scan is scheduled asap but my MRI is scheduled a week away . I wanted that appointment sooner . Not a big issue

The physician was very difficult to understand. The student helped to translate. The physician yawned several times during the visit, presumably she was bored.

Dr. Renu Pokharna was very caring and compassionate and the nurse was kind. I had no idea that the conduction test would be so painful.

It was a good visit. There was nothing that stood out as missing. Dr. Pokharna took her time and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Thorough. Maybe, we could have talked about mental health and informed about resources available to someone with MS. But, that is over and beyond, it wasn't something they did wrong but something that could offer support. A long time ago I was given a brochure in that office and it was a relief to me. I called the MS Society for help in several areas and later I became a volunteer and also a board advisor and patient support advocate.

The Doctor did not ask me if I had any questions. She did not answer or want me to ask her anything about the procedure or aftercare.

The doctor I saw was very confusing to understand what she was saying. She did not treat me with respect. I have no confidence in this doctor and will be going to another neurologist as I felt she didn't have my best interest at heart.

If the doctor could listen more and let me talk. She is always so busy, ready to type her notes and not listen. I have been going to her long enough for her to know me. She forgot what we discussed the last time I saw her. She need to build a more friendly relationship with her patients. In the note she need to put what the visit was about that day and stop repeating past visits. This way she can know her patients.

Our visit was extensive, informative, and our physician was very well experienced in our needs. We were very satisfied and would recommend this physician to anyone in need. She was great.

how things could be better is to let her go completely. She is not an effective doctor. She was the one who found the findings in my whole medical history of seizures and everything, only to tell me that that was never possible, even though she has prescribed me medication and everything. Once again, I'm not impressed with her, will never come back to her, and I will be taking further actions on this.

I had difficulty keeping my appointment with the first doctor. My appointment was canceled on line . Not with a phone call. I ended up calling and leaving a message that if my insurance didn't pay for it I would pay for it. It ended with the best for me as I really like Dr Renu. I feel like she saw me as a human being.
