no suggestions! I trust the staff and am glad to have an excellent primary physician who listens, is familiar with my medical matters, and offers suggestions.

The Rx ordered was for Benzonatate 200 mg capsules that I should take 3x a day. "This works by reducing the reflex in the lungs that causes the urge to cough." I've only taken one capsule because I My appointment was to determine why I had so much mucous for so long and to stop further growth, not to reduce the reflex in my lungs to stop my coughing. Coughing removes the mucous. Also, my Lisinopril was increased from 5 mg to 20 mg. That seems to be working better.

I can't think of any improvements that are needed. I truly appreciate the care that I receive from all the care givers at this facility.

Everything was excellent!!

This was my first visit, so I was gaining more information from her, but I did not have a time that I could discuss anything that I wanted to discuss with her. Not that I had anything that might not be able to wait to the next appointment, but I did not have that personal time because she was busy telling me about her practice and what she did, etc., etc. And that was very, very good. I really liked that part of her presentation and introduction to me. But I didn't have a one-on-one question-answer visit. And we probably didn't have time. Okay, bye. I'm finished. What do I do? How do I hang up?

There was absolutely nothing else Dr. Joseph could have done to accommodate me and my health. I am very pleased and feel like I have been put in perfect hands.

staff was very supported

I had to make a follow up appointment, which is done after I leave with no input from me. I have extra work to contact and reschedule. I would prefer to schedule my appointment before I leave versus a nurse doing them and getting a notice through the app. I have a very busy work schedule and this just creates issues and lots of back and forth which could be avoid.
