The staff was wonderful. The doctor was thorough and thoughtful. I gave her a history regarding my son's headaches (dates, exactly what happened on those dates, etc) and she listened to everything I explained and reiterated it back to me, which I appreciated. She had obviously taken the time to review his history as well, along with family history. I can't think of anything that could improve this visit and I appreciate everyone we came in contact with! Thanks!

#1-send medicine same day too pharmacy!!! I literally had to call numerous times over several days too finally get the seizure meds sent to the pharmacy!!!& Definitely will seek 2nd opinion

She seemed to think my concern was dropping face but it was more face paralysis. I never thought he w face was drooping, but I don't think she listened to me tell her I wasn't worried any facial drooping. I'm also not convinced that she did a thorough job making sure her jaw isn't crooked

Improved kindness and compassion for check out/registration staff. I had a very negative experience when there was a misunderstanding regarding the timing of my followup appointment. I received very little kindness or willingness to ask the provider to clarify.

The care we received was exceptional. I cannot think of a way to improve the experience we had

Nothing everything was great

Everyone was great it just took six months for an appointment.

Everything related to this visit was perfect, from scheduling the appointment to Completion of the appointment. Dr. Lehman is amazing and very well rounded. I felt like my daughter received HOLISTIC care during her visit?

Longer wait time, seems to always be behind.
