Rebecca is compassionate and caring. I wish there was better communication between my other specialists and transplant center, and that I could get appointments that I need from providers that I am referred to in a more timely manner. I know it's a complex process, but there must be a better way. I think the people there are all overworked, stressed. You need more employees to cover the workload.

This was a much better experience time wise from the last couple of appointments. I felt my time was valued.

Respect for my time would be appreciated. My lab appointment was for 9:15 (team appt at 9:30) and while I was put in a room almost immediately, labs were drawn at 9:55 and NP Angell was waiting for me in the room at 10:05 when I returned. Timing has become more of an issue in the last few months.

I am the happiest I've ever been with a Doctors visit. Everybody is so courteous and respectful. I get greeted by name & that really makes me happy that the staff & all of the employees have gotten to know me.
